Google is planning to update their mapping system. They are planning to get more high tech with 3D offline services. This will hopefully be useable in urban areas soon and based on how rapidly technology evolves, it will probably be available everywhere in a fairly short time period!

Admit it. We all use google maps to see what our house, town, or county look like from above. We use it for fun, directions, and to discover terrain in forreign areas. Now we get to see it all in amazing 3D! Personally I am very excited for this update!

This technology will help students and educators to learn and teach in the healthcare feild. You can simulate different situations, so students can learn how to handle the situations that occur in a real hospital.

This technology could help me and other students. When we are in training for medical related jobs, using simulations will help. If all that is needed is an iPad and the software, I think this could be very helpful. Being in the technology generation, we can truly benefit from this.
