Facebook has recently improved its security for mobile users with features that were desktop exclusive before. An interface redsign, improved payment system, and App Center are all new features. Android login has also changed a bit. Other new features include Reporting Content and Account Recovery. This seems to be part of a larger push by Facebook to imrpove its mobile interaction.

I decided to choose this particuliar article because it affects me. I use Facebook on my phone, so any mobile changes will affect me. Also, new security measures allow me to feel a slight bit better about Facebook. Hopefully there will be more steps to making mobile Facebook more enjoyable and safer.

We know deflating and disgusting it is to sour milk. Well know there is an app to help you to remember to get more milk. The milk is in a new jug where the amount of milk and quality are monitored. When the amount is low or the pH levels are bad, your phone will send you a text. You can also just simply check up on your milk through the app too.

I chose this article because I thought it was pretty cool. I am not a big milk drinker but using technology to eliminate everyday hassles is something I think is overdue and innovative. I hope more apps like this due come out.

iPads and Airports -- 06-07-12

Airport restaurateur OTG is looking to add iPads in airports across the nation. The process has already begun and they are used to order food, check in with social media, and use any other app they can. OTG says all personal information is deleted at the end of every session.

I chose this article because I tend to fly often and many times I have no idea on what to do to pass the time. These iPads seem like a step towards making airports more "fun". I hope to see more news like this.

Facebook has revealed its mobile App center in efforts to improve its mobile business. It is said to allow for personalization for each person by tracking your behavior and giving suggestions. This is probably one of likely new innovations due to the pressure of to please new owners. The company looks to focus on mobile.

I found this article interesting because I am an avid Facebook user. Also, I do tend to engage in many mobile apps. Hopefully this will help improve my experience on both and make them more enjoyable

iPad Restriction Lifted -- 06-07-12

People can now buy more than 2 iPads at once! The restriction has been gone in some places for a few days now. However, online customers will have to wait till June 11. This is likely due to the fact of surplus of iPads available to demanding customers.

I decided to choose this article because I thought it was interesting. The iPad restriction makes it very difficult for customers who were looking to buy multiple iPads at once for their friends and family. I hope that this resolution stays in place.

With this years E3 in full force, we focus our attention onto technology especially video games. Here are the new trends.

Hardware doesn't drive business anymore. New consoles aren't going to be coming out every year.

The big-name games drive the game business. Sequals are often and frequent.

Streaming game delivery isnt big but it's coming.

There is still space for new games.

Mobile/social games are joining the big leagues.

I chose this article because I like to stay on top of my video game news. These trends will likely change the dynamics of video games for the next few years and influence the next set.

Nintendo Wii U -- 06-06-12

The Wii U is the first console of the next generation and the first non-handle from Nintendo since the Wii. There are still may unknowns such as price, internal specs, specific release date, and more. Here is what we do know:

The focal point of the Wii U is the controller. The controller houses a 6" screen accompioned with dual analog sticks and all of your standard buttons. The console itself supports HD, up to 1080p, and has a myriad of ports for cables. A new processor and graphics card are there too.

I chose this article because I am a big gamer myself. I have owned a host of nintendo products of the years and everytime there is new one, I find it exciting. It is also the first next-gen console, so that too is exciting. I hope more information comes out in the coming months.

The Bejing Auto Show has begun and features a line-up of both Chinese vehicles and popular car companies such as Mercedes-Benz and Audi. It is a good show for those who want to see the Chinese cars that might slowly seep into the American market. It ends May 2.

Would you buy a Lamborghini SUV? Well you can finally ask yourself that question after the Italian company revealed pcitures during the Beijing International Auto show. Named the Urus, this vehicle is similar to the Porsche Cayenne in dimensions. Although the details may seem a bit opptimistic, we can look forward to seeing a version of this vechile soon.

IOS 5 users beware! A fatal flaw in Safari security can fool users into viewing possible malicious websites. This was uncover by German firm, MajorSecurity. The flaw allows hackers to fake urls to trick users. This flaw was first discovered in iOS 5.0. Apple didn't comment on the situation.

I found this article interesting because my family owns a Mac that runs iOS. However, we usually use Google Chrome instead of Safari. It will be curious to see how Apple approaches this problem.

The Family Link is a option that will allow the for this task. Customers can log on to OnStar's wbsite to see their car. This option has been in testing and will be available in April. The service will go for $3.99 to any previous plan. It will also aid people to watch elderly drivers.

I found this article interesting because I will be driving soon and my mother would most likely research about these types of technologies.

Subaru is set to unveil their new technology in EyeSight technology. This new system would prevent possible accidents through the use of two cameras. It would also imrpove cruise control driving.

I find this interesting because I will be driving in about a year, so I would prefer to drive on the safest roads possible. It also shows the leaps the car industry has taken in safety over the years.

iPad HD -- 03-20-12

The new iPad has been released. The third in the line of Apple tablets but not the iPad 3 rather the iPad HD. The new generation of tablets has nearly no new additions externally and the ones internally are minimal. The new iPad is 4G LTE compatible, holds a new A5X processor chip, and improves its "retina" screen. It will be interesting to see if Apple can continue to dominate the market with a new tablet.

I found this interesting because I am curious to see the progression of the iPad. Even with few improvements, will it sell or rather how many will it sell? I am curios to see if people start to explore other tablet options due to the underwhelming revamp. We will see.

Intel Capital is looking to get its feet wet in the car technolgy industry, This automobile market is designated as one of the three fastest growing markets for internet conectivty and connected devices. Intel is beginning a $100 million venture capital fund focused soley on car tech. Some features Intel hopes to explore are gesture recognition, vehicle-to-x communication, social media application integration, and multimodal inputs, such as eye tracking, speech recognition, and gesture recognition. Most of the investments will most likey end up in countries with strong automobile industries, such as the USA or Germany. Intel has made their partnerships with Toyota, BMW, and other car companies public.

I find this article interesting because I am both a car enthusiast and interested in technology. I look forward to seeing what a technology powerhouse like Intel can do to improve cars around the world

This article essentially breaks down some of the hardware details in the very impressive PS Vita. The PS Vita is the a portable gaming system coming from the powerhouse Sony. With 512 MB of RAM and an ARM Cortex A9 quad-core CPU, the PS Vita is certaily powerful. It also has a rear touch pad and a touch screen along with a 5 inch OLED screen. The article talks about some other impressive pieces of hardware and some software. The author also compares it to some popular tablets.

I chose this article because I am an avid gamer and have enjoyed some of Sony's earlier products. The PS Vita has interested since it had been rumoured. I hope I can get my hands on one soon
