Sleep -- 03-26-12

Q - Why is sleep important?
A - Sleep is important because, sleep is like charging yourself. Like when you play your iPod for 3-4 hrs, it runs out of battery and you need to charge it sleeping is the same.
Q - What can happen is you don't get enough sleep?
A - If you don't sleep enough you start getting cranky, drowsy, and start arguing abort something really stupid.
Q - How much sleep does a gr. 6 student need?
A - they will need about 9.5-10 hours a night.
Q - what do you do now to get a good night sleep?
A - First I would read a comic novel then get my iPod and listen to some music, after i would use a wave alarm app while I sleep it plays quiet music.
Q - What steps can you take to make sure you are getting the sleep you need?
A - you can try to go to bed the same time every night, try not to consume any caffeine before bed, or don't watch any TV or watch scary movies.
