7th grade was amazing, it flew by so fast I keep thinking were only in third quarter. I was pretty successful this year. I managed to keep a 3.65 G.P.A and make some new friends. Some things that I learned this year are: its not easy getting from woodshop to Mrs. Lubich’s room (language arts teacher) and Mr. Howards room (my math teacher. Something else I learned is that next year my locker partner gets the top shelf. There is one thing I would like to change; it is to pay attention more in class. Because I believe the more you pay attention in class the better off you will be! Something I would love to do in 8th grade is run for student council. Lastly, the thing I would tell incoming sixth graders is try your hardest!

International Towne. The other Day was International Towne Was a fun experience. I was a Finish Carpenter. My job was very hard… We had to make toolboxes for he teachers. I really enjoyed the challenge that it was. Although, I did enjoy the challenge, it was not my favorite part of I-Towne. My favorite part of I-Towne was the Ukraine cookies. They were very, very, very good. The thing that I think I learned that is helpful later in life is that some currencies have more value than others. If I could change one thing it is that in my country we would be able to sell actual wood products, instead of plastic glasses and rubber bouncy balls.

As all of you know the world history fair was yesterday. I am not trying to sound selfish or anything but I think I did ABSOUTLTEY AMAZING. With my five story 31-inch tall pagoda. I was asked to have my project in the downstairs red hall case for Japan. SO I am very happy

Well, I learned many facts about Japanese architecture. First of all my guiding question was: How does architecture affect way of life? I learned that most of the buildings during the time I chose (somewhere around 510-794 A.D.) were built to gratify Buddha. The Japanese God.

There were some very good displays in the world history fair. And there were some not so good ones. I mean seriously people this is a huge project work hard on it... But there were some people who went above and beyond... The most interesting thing that I learned there was that during the black plague doctors would put herbs in their masks to clean the air. Over all I think the world history fair was a fun experience.

I am about halfway through the book. I think that the main idea of the book is that people from around the world come together to make a difference in the environment. I have done all of the class activities. My favorite would have to been painting my pet rock. Or as my family calls them: people watchers. During the flower making activity I had a huge migraine so that's why I wasn't so thrilled with that one. But overall I think that the activates are fun, and seed folks is a good book.

It has now been three weeks since I have gratuated from blues and have moved up to silvers. Most of you are probably thing what??? So this is talking about swimming. I am on a swimteam called Falfins. Most of my friends know this... Well, I hope they do, but anyway blues is easier than silvers. Everyone said ohh this is gonna be so hard when you move up. It's not that more challenging. I went from swimming two miles a night to swimming about four or five. Yes, that is a big jump, so wish me luck.

Well, this was a different experiment. WE directed the wings because we are learning about different kinds of muscle and tissue. I am fine if it is on people but cold hard chicken wing blah... I would have preferred to watch a surgery or something. (No, I'm not mentally disturbed.) I think we should have done something with the human body. Although I did learn how to move a chicken wing.

I am kind of sad because of that movie. Although, at the end they graduated, which made me happier. I think they did the right decision and progressed through till the end. I would have had the courage to fight back because, like them I would have been tire of being discriminated and I would want things to change. If you believe n something and follow it till the end you will active something great. I somewhat think things have changed because in certain parts of the country people still discriminate against black people, even though they have no reason to. You don't judge someone by his or her appearance; you judge them by their character.

In science we have been learning about cells. It's ok... WE have learned about plant cells, animal cells, and bacteria cells. I have learned what a nucleus is and what it does. Bassicily it is the control center of the cell. This is not my favorite subject, but I am excited to learn about organs in the human body. The best part probably would have been the egg lab because it showed me what are the parts of the cell. The worst thing has been taking notes. I mean no one likes to take notes. I am just glad it's almost over.

I know that many people are going to write about sports. I am one of them, many people say swimming is easy and is for girls. Well, they just suck at it and don't want to admit it. I am an amazing swimmer not to sound conceded but I'm really good. Just ask Amanda and Angelina, They're on my swim team. So basically I am saying that swimming is not as easy as everyone says it is. For all you people who think it is easy go swim 50 yards in under thirty seconds. O ya, I am one tenth of a second off to that. So all you people who think It's easy it's not!

Once you believe that you can do something you can do it. When I was little at a swim race I used to always tell myslef thst I would fail and couldn't do it. So when i was little I was never fast.:(but now that I have switched teams and tell myself that I can do it I have become a beter swimmer. Tools many of them use are the ability to paint a picture in our head with words. THe language can make you feel happy,sad, or angry. These tools can make or break a poem.

For the new year I have set one one goal, to drop time in my 50 yard breaststroke in swimming. My time right now is a 41:63 and I would like to get it down to a 38 flat (yes that is in seconds). THis means that on the weekends I will have to go to the gym and workout at least an hour and a half in the pool to do this. ALso practice every night will help strengthen my stamina so that when I am racing I will not get tired and worn out. I hope to have done this by 2013!!!

I have some what enjoyed the poetrry wiki. It was a good experience until we really had to start rushing and finishing. The communication has been kind of challenging because one of the people in my group thought we were supposed to write and read facts about the poem instead of read the actual poem. The part that went well was recording and finding pictures. I was the first to finish all of my work. The next year thing that I woulf change is the time limit. Ms=ake it longer.

I cant't seem to think of anything to write about. Well I guess the best movie I have seen lately is Jack and Jill. This movie is about when Jack a rich movie director has his comes to town. His sister is a weird fun kid but she isn't a kid. Eventually Jack and Jill get into the whole twin fight and it's just a good movie that you all should see.

I have many things to be grateful for. Although I rarely show gratefulness to them. The things I am most grateful for are: family, friends, and most of all LIFE. Many people do not have family to come home for the holidays. THis makes me very upset that they have no one to tell their sorrows or joy to. Also I am thankful for the friends that I have. I know many children do not fit in in school. Their are many at my school deep down I feel terribly sorry for them. THe thing I am most grateful for is life and freedom. In many countries around the world people do not have freedom. THis makes me extremely sad and feel sorrow for them. I hope one day that they will be released from their dictatorship and that they will have friends, family, and LIFE.

The best mystery I have ever read is the Christopher Killer. This story had lots of red herrings, which turned out that it was the truth. SO this was very good in a way that it was not confusing. The author made it so that it felt like you were a part of the story. So people go ahead and read the Christopher Killer!!!! Short Story: I was walking home to my pent house apartment when all of the sudden a speeding mercedes came out of no where and slammed straight into me. BLood was all over the hood and my coat. Then without turning around it turned the corner and left me to bleed out. Who could have done such a horrible thing?

Ehhh blogging is ok, I'm not a fan of it but it's ok. It just seems like more work to do that takes up my life. Well we all know how much homework our team gets along with world language so it is very hard to keep track of blogs and everything.ALso I have swimming every night so it is hard for me to keep up with everything...THis is also a huge impact on my grade with makes me really upset that it brings my grade down for a few spelling errors or something. Always Remember

Tragedy struck on September 11, 2001. The World Trade Center was struck by two airplanes and killed thousands people. Immediately the United States reacted with war against the Middle East. Millions of troops have died in a valiant effort defending our country. History has not repeated itself by having the all of the people of Muslims forced into military holding camps. Although, it has not gotten much better for the people of the Middle East because people are still more judge mental of them. It has been very hard for Muslim people and they will always remember how people have treated them. Always remember how easy it is to be judged by people for others actions. This country is very selfish because they want to blame something on someone else.

Lissa Iwrin has been missing for a long time. A new break through just came throughout that the mother was not sober the night her child went missing. THis has raised many questions such as: Did she hurt her own child? Was she awake when her child went missing? Is there anything that could have happened the night she went missing? Much more is being asked. Police are now questioning her in her own child's case. DId she do it? will they ever find the kidnapper? Find out on Blonde's Blonde's Blog!!!

Time for my thoughts. I think the mom is not as innocent as she says she is. Although I think some one else stole the baby. Question? Why would u steal a baby? Who needs another person's baby? Anyway I think that the police will eventually find the child, but I highly doubt that she will be alive... I hope she is though!!!!!! DO YOU?????

Actually, I am reading a good book. Even though I hate books. It is a book about horror stories. Some of the stories are actually semi scary. It's called More Horowitz HORROR. The book is by Alex Rider. The thing that actually makes it good is that it’s a mystery book. I personally like scary stories but this is in the middle of scary and mystery. . When it gets back to the library some of should read it.

Hey, well this week I'm supposed to write about anything so hmmmmmmm I just got back from New Mexico a few days ago. It was really cool because I got to skip school:). ALthough we had to do a lot of walking and it was really really hot out. During the entire trip I got to try new foods and see new native style paintings.If you were wondering the specific placesI went then I'll tell you: Sante Fe and Touse. You have probably not heard of those places before though... Usually when you go t a new place you try different foods. Not here I had American food not mexican food. Thats pretty much all that happened in New MexicoI. hope to go on this vacation again sometime soon!!

I personally strongly dislike books but I don't think they should be banned. Every once in a while I stumble across a book worth reading. Books are also very important say a child is doing a school project and they need some information that is NOT from the internet, because the person who wrote on the internet could actually have no idea what they're talking about. So to conclude books can be helpful so they should NOT be banned.

Fox Run Park was a very fun trip!!! The best part to me was when I got to hang out with friends at the playground:) The activity I enjoyed most was the egg run. It was funny to watch all the people drop the eggs. Even though I dropped the eggs a couple times. The thing I learned was that camouflage was very important to animals and hunters so that they can both survive.

Probably the funniest thing that has happened to me was falling up the stairs. I was like three or four and I had a juice box in my hand, when I took a slurp I hit the stair with my foot and went face first into the stairs. Ouchy!!! After that my juice box came falling down and spilled all over my head and shirt. Uh oh mom was not happy but after she helped me up we both laughed and then I learned never to walk up the stairs with a juice box again.
