What I learned from this book is that it is impossible to get rid of your anger and I think Cole learned that too. For example you get into a fight with your mom, and you get angry. Right? Or you go for a walk and a dog leaves little surprise for you on the sidewalk and you don’t see it and guess what it’s not really your lucky day and well, you step in it, you get angry too, right. See you get angry if something bad happens to you no matter what.

I also learned you need to forgive other people, or else it’s going to come around and bite you in the butt. So let’s say you do something really bad as in really bad and someone tells on you. Are you going to take the consequences or are you going to take the head of the person that told on you and smash it to the ground and go to jail plus get sent to a really bad island and get torn up by a bear. Now that’s what happened to Cole. Ok, that might not happen to you but still, you should just forgive and forget instead of making it a big problem!

sleep is so important we need to sleep to grow, to rest our body for the next day. I think most of us have sleeping habits and im going to share some of my own! i have a laptop in my room and somtimes I stay up late searching the web or i stay up doing arts and crafts too. Or I'm on my phone. so those are some of my habits before going to bed!

In class we are reading a book called touching spirit bear. I'm going to blog about the main character Cole Matthew's. cole is a person who has an empty bucket he has been banished and has been insolated in a cold island in alaska. cole gets beat by his father for no reason his parents are alchoalc. when he's not getting beaten by his father he's in jail looking at the cold dark csling in jail cole has the lack of water drops going in his bucket cole has not one drop of water in his bucket.

I think success is being focus and having support on what you do and many other things. I think a good example is terry fox, terry fox is such great example because although terry didn’t achieve his goal of running across all of Canada but he was success he had everything he needed Love and support, he was focused, he had inspiration, and many more like; his friend Doug made sure terry was healthy this would mean he was giving terry the support he needed. Same thing with his brother Darrel.

I know terry is a big inspiration for many of us. I can relate to this although I didn’t run 215 miles I have been successful in many thing I have learned how to use the internet and I was successful in that. I have set a goal to be church active and I have an achieved this goal. But how?

All it took was some encouragement some focus, hard work, and a mind set to a goal

This book teaches all of us we all have a secret inside that other people can’t tell us and we need to figure it out for our self. Also this book teaches us we need to try new things and not be scared to.

I use speaking and listening in all theses categories very well. For example in our group we go in a circle and share our prepared dictions for the book club and after we our dictions we read more of the book if we extra time.

I stay on topic all the time but if the group gets off topic we always get back to topic. In our dictions we explain our thought in good detail.

in class we did a science experiment on the topic of electrcity we rubbd two ballons on two students head and it stuk on the wall like there was glue on the end! also we took a battery a wire and a small light balb and electricity travalled through the wire and into the ligh balb! and do you know how the light balb lit up? the electricity lit up the light!!!

Today in class we wathed a video about Joel Burns and how he was so disterbd that young people comit suaside beacause the were gay.Joel said that he was bullyed when he was 13 and he never told anyone he was so close to comiting suiside but he pictured him self beside his dad and hi dad said "I love you". He said the reason i'm here today is beacause I love you.And now his life is better!!!!!!!

Terry Fox is a man who gave hope and love to canadians and people all over the world.Terry was hurt because when he went to the hospital for a check up the hospital was going to one of the hospital rooms as the were going to the room they past the children section of the hospital. The first thing Terry though was I got to stop cancer. He saw a magazine and saw a man running thats when he said "I can run across Canada.". Terry Fox made me belive that I can do anything if I belive.Terry the mvie made me have many emotions I felt sad, happy,shoked,and scard,I thought that it was impossible but it's not if you belive,and that's my reflection on TERRY FOX
