If you are just starting to learn English there are some words that we use a lot. Play with them, rhyme with them and memorize them as fast as you can. You will learn to read and write in English much faster! Print them and put them on your fridge or your mirror in the bathroom or beside your screen. Read them before you turn on your screen. It will really help. Find your level and get started.

Watch for the pattern in jigging the "Red River Jig". There is a basic step for 32 beats, then the dancer must think of an alternating fancy step before the basic step returns in 32 beats. The form is A (basic step) B (fancy step 1) A (basic step) C (fancy step 2) A, C (fancy step 3), A, until the dancers repeat a fancy step. Then the dancer drops out of the competition. Here were have some very fast fancy steps in unison. This should be an Olympic event. The steps are done at warp speed. Try to keep up just sitting on a chair and moving your feet without weight on them. Even sitting, it is hard to keep this speed going. Have fun watching and try these steps. M.R.
