Rock Climbing.

Yay!! We are at Extreme Edge. How are we supposed to do that?
On Friday 27th of November The Livewires went to Extreme Edge. Extreme Edge is a rock climbing place. The rocks were all multi-coloured. When we got there we had to get our harness on. Gosh it was tight.
Now the Livewires were ready. We all went to a different area to start off. And then I was a demonstrator. I climbed as high as I could go. But then I got scared. I let go of the rocks and I was swinging in mid air! It was fun. I did it about three times and then I went on another wall.
First when I got there I felt very excited but in the end I got really tired. My mum was helping me. I went up a ladder. It was hard. There was a man and he hung upside down by his feet. I found that very extreme!

Filth!

Charge!
“Get you filthy mitts off of the king and queen’s property,” said a guard.
Just then another guard and his horse randomly fell off. I was the horse. I was frightened of the guard so I decided to put on a show. I bucked my rider off and got the one who frightened me and tipped him upside down.

Trolley Ball

Article posted December 2, 2009 at 08:24 PM GMT0 • comment • Reads 502

One day me and my friends went to play basketball. But we didn’t have a court or a hoop. So we found a trolley in the junkyard and then we decided to use it. We took it to the nearest street. Then my friend Isabella had an idea. She decided to put it on its brakes and shoot it into it. She was a genius thinking of that idea! We did it on one of the main streets. So it gave it a lot of attention. Just the little passes ended up into a worldwide game called trolleyball. We had so much fun we completely forgot about the parents. So me and Isabella went back to my house and she ended up staying the night for two days.

The X times

Article posted November 24, 2009 at 08:48 PM GMT0 • comment (1) • Reads 496

One dark day in the city of Downtown Square Kazam, a girl hawk, was lazily resting in her nest with her five chicks. Kazam is a nice, multi-coloured hawk who works in the Haunted House for her master, Slopey, the mastermind cat.

Kazam’s nest is made out of the finest materials in the world – twigs, sticks and black string. The Haunted House is a factory that makes ghosts from dead bodies. The factory was disguised as a factory but it is actually a real haunted house.

One dark Wednesday night Kazam was just coming back to her nest. That day she was fired from the whole factory just because she ate all of Slopey’s food. For the whole semester Slopey had always hated Kazam and he has done a secret plan to get rid of Kazam and this plan actually worked! Kazam had to go out of the back door. She was covered in spider webs when she came out. She was hearing strange noises. The moon was full and Kazam was getting freaked out. She started to flap her wings in fear. How could she get to her nest in time to feed her five chicks.?

She turned the corner and froze in fear when she saw a large face right in front of her. The creature looked like a monster. It was huge and hairy. Two large, yellow eyes stared at her. It had large pointed ears that twitched and sharp teeth with fangs on each side. The beast bared its teeth and took a step forward.

Kazam instantly recognized the monster’s face. It was Slopey. Kazam flew up onto the Haunted House and fed her five chicks and then got ready to fight for mercy. Kazam let Slopey claw up the Haunted House to the air platform.
“Slopey, you must leave now!” shouted Kazam.
They were up above the clouds now.
“Why would I” I’m gonna kill you!” said Slopey.
Slopey and Kazam fought for years until Kazam finally killed Slopey. Well she didn’t, her kids did! Kazam put the Haunted House on fire and all the ghosts went up into heaven. Kazam started a new job at City Lights Motel. Slopey’s ghost often visited.
“Cut!” said a man.
Oh, I forgot to say – they whole thing is a fake.
They live happily ever after.

Reading or Maths

Article posted November 4, 2009 at 11:10 PM GMT0 • comment (1) • Reads 409

I prefer reading because it is more important. If you don't read you'll be really dumb. Another reason to read is if you are forced to do something and it involves reading you have to know how to do it before you do it. You don't really need to know maths, people just do it for fun.

Wow look out Samoa! There's a Tsunami and it's coming right you're way!On Wednesday the 30 of September a disaster struck in the pacific ocean. A tsunami came and was heading right into Samoa's way. If I was there I would be compleatly terrified as if I was in a horror movie. My family would also freak out majorly! David Tua's aunty died in the tsunami along with hundreds of other people in Samoa. That is really sad!!!!

(P.S. I don't think that hundreds of people died but I know that alot definetly died!)

In my class we are doing a Monster Project. The monster project is a project where you have to listen and be creative. I am doing the hair. The problem for me is that I have to wait until everyone is finished their parts. But then Miss. Knight let me do the MP3 player and I am now working on the monsters cell phone. The monster is looking fabulous and it will look even better when it is finished!
