Netflix has built its own delivery network called Open Connect. It is a series of servers, routers, and fiber that sends Netflix videos to things like Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Verizon Wireless, and AT&T Wireless. This is better, becasue it is more secure and faster. In this article, they discuss more about the delivery service.

The videos that you posted were helpful, but I didn't really like the fact that you posted them instead of teaching us in class. I prefer learning in class, because then I can ask questions if I don't understand something. It is also easier for me to remember, because I take notes during class, so I can look back on them.
You are the first teacher who has posted a video on their blog, so this is a new thing, but I would still prefer to be taught things during class.

There is goign to be a new telescope that may be able to detect alien life, along with other interesting things about the universe. Since we know so little about the universe that we live in, this is very important.
This article impacts me, because I have always wondered if there are other life forms on different planets. It will also be interesting to learn new things about the universe and other galaxies (along with out own of course).

Google has been caught letting advertisers track users in ways that are unintended, by bypassing the privacy settings on Apple's Safari Web brouser. Google tricked Safari into letting ads download cookies, which is bad.
I use both Safari and Google, so of course, finding out that Google let third parties download things on to my computer without my knowledge interests me.
