The bee

Article posted August 8, 2010 at 09:28 PM GMT • comment • Reads 540

Once upon a time there was a bee. One day he landed on a flower and a man came along. His name was Jack and he likes gardening and building too. So one day he said to himself I am going to finish building my fence. Jack said, “I’ll have to remove the flower to finish my fence.” Jack got stung by the bee on the flower. It was on his hand. He tried to ignore the pain and he kept on building.

Maungatautari

Article posted March 29, 2010 at 12:23 AM GMT • comment • Reads 779

On Tuesday the 9th of March the Livewires climbed a mountain. Which mountain? Maungatautari you silly.
We saw a big metal gate. It had wire. We had to go through a cage. Dogs weren’t allowed in. It had a wire at the top of the gate and it had a sign at the top.
We went in the bush. We finally got to the birds. They fed them carrots, apples too. The kaka used its beak to climb up the vine. It was cool to watch them.
We climbed a big tower. Mrs Collins picked up 12 cards. The cards were black tracking cards. I heard 7 people get stung so Miss Knight gave them treatment. Bees are not nice. There was a bees nest around.
