The Excited Time in my Life

Hi i'm Doug Hoo and i'm going to tell you about the most exciting time in my life. It was when I ran a 20 mile Marathon with only 2 breaks. It was the hardest thing I ever done. It all started on a breezy summer day, I was going to the store to buy so shorts. When a flyer hit me smack dab on the nose . I got a really bad paper cut but that's not the point. I picked up the paper and read it it said come join us for a 20 mile marathon. 20 thousand dollar prize for first place winner. So that was when I thought to my self "I have to enter and win to buy my wife a new ring". So the next day I went to the park were the race started and their were 4 other people there and they said "good luck chump". That's when I said "you will see when I win the race". They said " what ever". The refs said "get ready set go". The race started and I was in the lead but the others weren't so far behind. We were to the point were we had ran 10 miles all ready I was still in the lead. Then next thing I know I'm in third place. Know we have ran 19 Miles I can see the finish line then bam I get back In first Place and win. I was so tired after but I did it. That's the time I ran A twenty mile Marathon.

BALLOON CHIP BAG EXPERIMENT

Description: On my class's payload we are going to tape a green balloon that is a quarter full of air a blue balloon that is half full of air and a orange balloon that is about as full as can be of air we are also going to tape a small bag of Cheetos to the payload. Next, we will send the payload up over 100,000 feet on high altitude balloon.
Hypothesis:
Green Balloon - I don't think that the green balloon that is on the payload will pop because it has enough room to expand.
Blue Balloon – I think the blue balloon will pop because if it gets more air it will pop.
Orange Balloon – I think the orange balloon will pop because it is filled to were if it gets more air it will pop and the reassure will make it pop.
Bag of Chips – I don't think the bag of Cheetos will pop because last year we put hot Cheetos on are payload and they did not pop so that is why.
What do you think will happen?

My Trip To Space.

Here at NASA I have been training for 6 months and today is the day I get to go to space I am nervous and happy at the same time. I am about to get on the space craft called cookie monster but they told me that I have to put on a space suit I know that is the dimmest idea I have ever herd they said if I3 did not put it on I would die that is stupid right. Well putting on the space suit makes me fill like i'm a marshmallow so I guess putting on a space suit is not a bad Idea after all. Now they told us to get on the space craft aka the cookie monster they tell us to put on are seat belts. Now every and mrs.Crosby are counting down 15,14,13,12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,0 blast off=http://=http://=http://=http:// and that is when we shot into space and landed on the moon and got some moon rocks and walked on the moon for 1 hour and left to another planet. Now we are on mars and there is a sand storm going on luckily we have space suits on less we would have got all that sand in are eyes we got some samples of the planet and we went back to earth. My wife Taylor Swift was happy that I was alive.

My High Hopes

I live in Sparks, Nevada and My high hopes for my school are that we can have more computers, more recess, better food, nicer substitutes, a PE teacher, and nap time. My high hopes for my community are that people use cars less so there will be less pollution in the air, another one of my high hopes in that people will lower prices for poor people, another one of my high hopes is that there will be less crime so people can be safe, and my last high hope is that people will stop littering and start recycling. My high hopes for the world are that that there will be less war going on in the world, That the people in japan will recover from the earthquake and tsunami, more oil will be found, That hattie will rebuild there country, that dictates will change there ways, and that there will be money for the poor that don't have money or food.

One day I went to my grandma’s house with my Friend Dillon. Then we hooked up his game cube and started to play a game called Tony Hawks American Waste Land. It is a skateboarding game it is really fun you pick if you want two players or one player. You pick a skater and then you pick a place were you want to skate. Next you pick a mode like if you want free skate and there is also a mode called combo mambo. It is were the one with the best combo wins. And there is free skate is were you can skate no time or any thing and you can go any were you want. So then me and my friend were playing combo mombo to see who could get the best combo my friend Dillon went first. He did a lot of tricks and he got a score of 1689 and I thought I would never beat that scorer I did every thing I knew how to do it was hard but I did it I beat Dillon my score was 1800. He is the best of my Friends and I beat him that is like winning an award to me and my Friends.
So then we asked my grandma to take us to the park and she said yeah so we put up the game and got ourskateboards. So on the way we ran in to my cousin Jasmine and went to the park. On the way there we got to this huge hill and started to go down but I was new at skateboarding so I was going too fast and I did not know how to stop. I fell off the skateboard and did like ten barrel rolls I was so scared I thought I was going to die. When I was done going down the hill my friend Dillon came to help me and I was very happy that my friend helped me.

My Train Track Story

One day in 1840 my friends and I got on a supposedly haunted train to see if it was really haunted. So we said our good bye's to our parents and got on the train. So as the train was moving we got robbeed by some bandits on horses they robbed us with toy baseball bats. They looked scary with the toy baseball bats one of them came up to me and ask for all my money. I said leave me and my friends alone and he hit me In the head and knocked me out I was knocked out for five minutes. Ween I woke up thats when I noised that my friend named Anthony was gone. So I asked my friends what happened to Anthony and they said he made fun of the robbers and said some bad stuff about them and they got mad and kid napped him.
They said we have to pay them if we ever want to see him again. So me and my friends got in are ninja suits and put on are gear and went of to find are friend. We were out in the hot desert running about 10 miles and hour. We searched for hours and finally after five hours we decided to catch up with the train.
To tell the conductor what happened but the problem was there was no conductor the train was really haunted those people weren't lining about the train being haunted. The train was moving by its self so me and my friends tried to move the train but we couldn't it keep going we thought are friend was gone forever but then we was back on the train.
So I asked him how he did it and he said he made a deal with the robbers to scare us. We were mad at him I punched him and we started to fight but are friends broke it up. When they weren't looking me and my friend went back to fighting I got him in a choke hold and I asked him why would he do that. and he reversed the choke hold and then I reversed it and I asked him again why he did it and he said it was a joke and I told him how he almost made us blow are cover cause we were ninjas and a man almost saw us and if he did he would have told the cops and do u really want that to happen he said no so. He also told us he was the conductor he told us to get of the train because he had horses under the bridge and we got off the train and headed home. To Be continued.

Hi my name is Terry and I am going to tell you some facts about me and where I live here is the first fact my fabulous skater birth day it October eighth. Were I live there are 100 schools and about 60,000 kids. It would be cool to know how many schools that are close to where you live. Where I live there is no major league sports teams but their is a pro baseball team that is called the Aces. Or in basket ball there is a team called the Bighorns once I went to a game a got to sit in a sky box in was awesome. Were I live people through party's for the big sport events. Were I live we get a lot of snow. In the summer it is really hot the highest the temperature it has ever got is 109. I play the drums and the guitar and I take my lessons very seriously and that is the end. My favorite color is purple because I have all ways liked it. My favorite thing to do is scooter. The best place I have ever been is to Disney land or Great America. So that is the end till next time bye.

The Warriors

A small group of warriors were on a mission they had transport the kings crown because the king died in battle. They got to the woods and they got ambushed by the enemy. One of the warriors got killed. The others killed of the enemy and went back to transporting the kings crown. So now 2 warriors went and scouted out the area for any sight of danger. They found some enemy scouts and quickly took them out. The scouts continued then they saw they an ogre. When they saw the ogre they quickly and quality went back to tell the others. Mean wile the ogre had there sent and fallowed them. The warriors had to fight the ogre it was hard but none of them died. The scouts went back out to see if the enemy was coming and they were coming and they seen the scouts. Some the scouts ran as fast as they could to the other warriors and said the enemy is coming to take the crown they thought we had the crown. The leader of the warriors got five men and told them to take the crown and meet him and the other warriors at the bridge so the men took of to the bridge. It was long but they finally they got to the castle and gave the crown to the kings family and told them the news they were said. To be continued
