How I think laws are made is the governor can choose a law if too many bad things happen without it. People can do law request I think. I think the president can make a law Maybe sometimes they have people vote for a law. When a law is enforced you will get in trouble if you break it. I think the vice president can pick one. Laws are passed by congress. I think state legislator can make laws. U.N. can make laws. That is how I think laws are made.
