Have you ever been to Mountain School? Well it takes place at the North Cascades Institute. You get served fresh food, go hiking A LOT, and do lots of fun stuff. At Mountain School, you are assigned into trail groups by teacher. Your trail group is made up of about 7 kids, 1 or 2 chaperones and a Mountain School instructor. You spend a lot of time with your trail group. You wake up at 7:00am, eat breakfast, now on your trail groups around noon you eat lunch, on the trail, do more in your trail groups until I think it was 5:00pm, then you have free time for an hour. During free time you can go to the Library, the Art room, or stay in your lodges. At 6:00pm you go and eat dinner. A chef from Mountain School makes you fresh and tasty food. After dinner you go to campfire. At Campfire you sing songs around a campfire. Then you go to bed. That's regular day at Mountain School. On the last day though, Break fast is the same and I think lunch is too, but you do an "Unselfish Wish" for the world. You are given a piece of cedar and you state your wish and toss it into the fire. After that you leave on a bus and go home. Mountain school was so fun and you really will remember it if you go there.

It's Spring in the USA!

At least it's supposed to be. Where I am it's still got snow on the ground!

My teacher, Ms. H, told us to write about signs of Spring.

Here are my signs:

1) The nights are getting shorter and the days are getting longer.

2) The flies are starting to come back out and I've even seen a bee!

3) The birds are starting to fly around again and the sky is getting a more cheerful tone of blue!

Those are my three signs of Spring.

The cats in the books are very interesting. There are many strange things to know, but 1 is that Erin Hunter, the author of the Warriors Saga, is actually 3 people=http://=http://!!!

This is a review about the book Gossamer. This book is about a "Dream-Giver" named Littlest One. Littlest one is small and transparent. She has 2 mentor through-out the book, the first Fastidious, the other's name is Thin Elderly. She gives dreams to old woman who fosters a boy named John. He doesn't come in at the beggining of the book. During the book John is visited by the unfriendly Sinisteed. Sinisteed give Night-mares to people.

I hope you'll like the book if you read it.

I have really great friend in my class. Her blog name is Duchess. She really likes ducks and is really awesome. I think that we'll be friends forever. She has an anoying little brother and is fun to be around. I hope that you all have a friend like that.

I have 3 main New Year's goals, but this is just 1.

I want to my chihuahua puppy, Lizzie to be nicer and to be trained. She is just the cutest thing and I want her to be an even better dog.  She bites when she's comfy and you try to move her.  She scratches people, on accident.  And she gets all exited when she sees you for the first time in a while.

That's why I want to train her.

Compassion makes you and the person given compassion feel good. Some people might ask, "What is compassion?" Well compassion is basically the opposite of selfishness. Compassion is care and sympathy. One compassionate person I know is Mrs.H, my teacher. She gives her own time away to teach her students new things and help them understand the things that they already know better. Another compassionate person is my mom. She mostly makes me my food and drives me to basketball. Plus she got me my puppy. The last but defiantly not least compassionate person I know is my dad. He was my soccer coach and drove me to soccer practice. He also helps me with my puppy. I think that compassion makes most people feel good. Thanks for reading! Mossfire
