First of all, may I state that this war was most definitely not fair. The ubiquitous, power hungry, British just decided to barge in to our territory and steal our land. And we tried to compromise but they would not listen. There was battle after battle. And they, being stronger and in greater numbers, most sorrowfully won. I vow to get revenge some day.
Then in 1763 king George issued a proclamation that planted the seeds of discontent in the colonists. The proclamation established the territory of the British. While some colonists had purchased land outside those boundaries.
