There was a young boy sleeping in a raft. He had been sleeping peacefully when a loud noise woke him up. He stood up and carefully walked over to the edge of the raft. He peered over the edge trying to get a good look at whatever it was that had woke him up. He didn't see anything so he tried to fall asleep again. Just as he was about to once again fall into a deep sleep there was the noise again. He then went to the edge of the raft to investigate the strange noise. He once again gave up on finding the noise and tried to fall asleep. This time he had managed to sleep. While he was sleeping he had a dream. The dream was about the forest. In his dream he was walking around the forest looking for somthing. He didn't know what he was looking for but he had a feeling it was important. He stopped looking for a moment to think. As he was thinking he heard a loud banging noise. He heard it again and went to investigate the mysterious noise. As he got closer to the noise his fear raised. He stopped walking towards the noise and dropped to his knees. He was frozen with fear. He had no idea what he was so scared of but he didn't want to get any closer to it. He heard the noise again as he jumped to his feet and ran in the opposite direction. Each time he heard the noise his running speed increased. A large shadow fell over him. And then he woke up. He jumped to his feet, almost falling off the raft. He then tried to fall back asleep. As he was trying to sleep he felt the raft shake. He slowly sat up looking around for the cause of the tremors. As he was looking around he failed to notice the waterfall his raft was slowly moving towards. By the time he did notice it, it was too late. He yelled loudly as he fell towards the water below. He hit the water with a splash. He crawled out of the water and looked around at the forest surrounding him. He had no idea where he was. He walked around for a while and he found a cave. It was starting to get dark so he walked over to the cave and sat with his back against the wall.End of chapter 1
