What i learned in science in this chapter is about physical and chemical changes. Some seamples of chemical changes are baking a cake, frying an egg, and burning wood. Some examples of physical chamges are cutting hair, bending a piece of metal, and breaking a piece of glass. Something else we learned in science is solvents and solutes. A solvent is something that dissolves the solute. The solute is being dissoloved by the solvent. What I liked in this chapter was doin the Chemical Reactions lab. I liked that lab because it was very cool to see the reactions with the cabbage juice, baking soda, and calcium chloride mixed together. I did not dislike anything in this chapter. What would happen if we mixed baking soda, calcium chloride, and water?

Hello I'm a student from Mrs. Nichols classroom. I would like to tell u a little bit about myself. Read ahead to learn about my activities I’m included in and my likes and dislikes. Ill also let you know what I’m looking forward to this year.

I have a few interests such as swimming, running, riding bikes, and jumping on my trampoline. I have other activities that I’m included in such as cheer-leading. I’m a dancer at Lisa Mari's I take tap, jazz, hip-hop, baton, lyrical, modern, and river dance. I’m also a girl scout in troop 20085.

My favorite subject in school is math with Mr. Kleckner. I have no reason to really like math I just seem to enjoy doing math.

What I like most about 6^th grade is that I’m now the oldest grade in the school. Recess only seems to last 5 minutes long when it’s supposed to be 15 minutes. This is what I dislike about 6^th grade. I’m excited to start the Greek Olympics, Mrs. Nichol has made it sound so much fun. This is what I’m really looking forward to this year.

What I learned in this chapter is different flows of energy such as convection, conduction, and radiation. I also learned that hot air rises and cold air sinks. What I enjoyed doing in this chapter is the lab when we made popcorn in a lab we did in class. I liked it because after we learned how popcorn pops then we got to eat some! I did not dislike anything we did in this chapter.
