This is 66 T and I am here to tell you about the Freeport 6th grade travel team. The team has 10 players 6 are from Buffalo and 4 are from South Buffalo. Our first game is in December. We look very good and I think that we will win a lot of games this year.

In this unit we learned about solutions, mixtures, and both physical and chemical changes. In this unit I liked the lab where we used the baking soda calcium chloride and cabbage juice because the bag got really hot and inflated ,then it blew up! In this unit what I didn't like was the test I forgot to study and did'nt do as well as I wanted to. One question that I had in this unit was, what is the difference between exothermic and endothermic reactions?

We learned about how hot air rises and cold air sinks, that there are particles in any substance, and that radiation is the transfer of energy without the use of other objects. In this unit what l liked the most was the popcorn lab. What l liked the least about this unit was the test because we had to end the fun lesson. A question that l had during this unit was how does convection occur when you boil water?

I am in Mr. Phillips homeroom. I am into sports such as baseball and basketball. My favorite sport is baseball and I'm really good at it too. I have hit three homeruns and I plan to get more. My favorite subject in school is social studies but I also like science. I can't wait to do all kinds of things in 6th grade this year. In 6th grade this year I like that it is fun and we've already done some things that were fun. What l dislike about 6th grade is that we have so much homework. l am looking forward to a great year of fun projects this year.
