This year I have learnt to use repeated subtraction
and repeated addition. I have also learnt how to use Alliteration, Assonance and onomatopoeia. I have learnt lots about plastic too.
How did I do in PPPs dad?

Run Bike Run

It was a very hot, spectacular, sunny day last Friday. Well that’s good because the whole school had a Run Bike Run to take part in.
When we were at the start of the scary race my tummy did not like me at all but when we started to run my tummy loved me. I was shaking when I was running but I do not know why. I think because I was still very nervous.
When we went to the bikes there were three bikes the same. It was good that I had put my name and my old headband on my bike. The bike was easy to ride, but I felt really bad because I didn't know where to go. I asked Anais’ Mum and then I knew.
The last part of the race was fun because there was an obstacle course, it was tricky.
I had to go in and out of the tyres and then under the net. I raced to the finish line. I heard all my friends cheering and screaming out loud. They said “Go Zara’ and then I made it to the line.
The great yummy ice block refreshed me and I was really proud of myself. So was my mum and dad.

Something I learnt about Thailand is that they sit on the floor and that thay eat with there hands and not cutlery like us.

Something I learnt was Thailand has the same flag colours as New Zealand.
