Facts About Dung Beetles

Article posted May 2, 2013 at 04:53 PM GMT0 • comment • Reads 8

Do you know many facts about dung beetles? I am going to tell you some facts about dung beetles. I hope you enjoy my blog.

They live everywhere but Antarctica and Greenland. They even live in Tucson. It is hard to find dung beetles in Arizona.

It may seem grose but dung beetles eat poop. They mainly eat elephant poop. Dung is a fancy word for poop.

The dung beetle is not harmful at all. Dung beetles are helpful though. They clear up cow pattys and eat waste.

I picked this insect because it looked interesting. I also picked it because nobody else did it.

Pufflings

Article posted April 22, 2013 at 08:51 PM GMT0 • comment • Reads 4

Do you know how the children in ‘nights of the puffings’ helped the stranded pufflings? I’m going to explain how they were able to help the pufflings.
During the night the children would pick the pufflings up of the streets. Cars could come by and run them over.
Halla and the children took the pufflings off the street so they would not wonder.
The children put them in cardboard boxes to keep them safe. The children sleeped all day so they could stay late to help the pufflings.

Halla and the children took the pufflings to the ocean in boxes. They throw the pufflings in the air down too the ocean.

Have you ever helped someone I have? My mom and dad were asleep and the house was a mess. I first Cleland up the living room. Then I still had time so I Cleland my room. It didn’t take a long time only about 30 minutes.
I checked too see if my mom and dad were asleep they were asleep. So I cleaned up the kitchen last.
When they woke up they were impressed. It felt good. Our house looked better.

Dear family,
How are you guys, I am doing great. I really miss the old homestead and I also miss moms cooking. I hope you guys are doing ok.
Yesterday I saw a whole family of javelins. They were really close to me, I was really scared. I steeped away slowly from the javelins and they did not go after me. Guess what I found a little bit of gold!
I want to go to college and build a farm. Also some more food and water too. What would you guys like to have with the gold?
From
Omar

Dear mom and dad,
How are you? I am so excited to be able to spend my winter break with you. I’ve been thinking about my Christmas gift and I realized I don’t need a present. But since you love me I would like an M&M holder. It can keep all my stuff in it. Just think of it on Christmas morning when I see my M&M holder and start cleaning my room by putting everything in my M&M holder. I believe after reading this you will get me an m&m holder.

A whale adventue

Article posted December 14, 2012 at 04:15 PM GMT0 • comment • Reads 29

I live in a place where fish are every where it’s called the Ocean! I am a whale and I love going to places that no one has ever been. This is my story.

One day I asked if I could go for a swim, so I swam and swam until I realized I was lost. I looked and looked but I could not find my home. Then I saw a ship and on it’s the side it said Titanic.

I saw something fall from the ship and I caught it. It had 4 words: north, south, east and west. It is called a compass. So I went north and as I did a big crash was in back of me it was the titanic. I got scared and turned around and ended up going south. I had to swim around the crash, but getting turned around help find my way home. I will never swim off again.
