My favorite part about 5th grade was when we got to go on field trips, meeting new people and having fun! I liked how we got to ride the boats at the Hyslop. I like meeting new people every school year. When I go home my mom asks me how my day was and I always say my day went great.

           I'm looking forward to going to 6th grade because it will be new to all of us. It will be sad but also happy. I will also look forward to meeting new people. I will really miss West. I hope sometime I will get over it. I will love to have a locker and go from room to room. I'm looking forward to Valley.

          On My honor is by Marion Dane Bauer. It is realistic fiction. It's about these two boys. They are both twelve years old. One of the boys names is Tony. He is the dangerous, risky one. The other ones name is Joel. He is the safe mature one. Tony and Joel were going to climb the bluffs, but they wanted to go swimming instead. In the river. Joel wanted to have a race to the sandbar in the river. So they did, but when Joel won, he looked behind him and Tony was gone. To be continued...

        First of all, I thought it was going to be a boring book, but when I started reading it, I loved it. It made me worried because when Joel looked back, Tony was gone. I started thinking and saying stuff like,"Come on, i know you can find him." I got really scared, because I thought Joel will get a really bad consequence, but your just going to have to find out if you read it! I give this book five stars. I love this book. 

I wish my desk was touch screen! Whenever you need to go on the computer, there's a built in one in my desk! Plus, if you would have to go up on the smart board and answer a question, all you would have to do is write it on your desk with your finger and it will show up on the smart board! If you guys think that how would you be able to put your elbows on your desk, well anyway that's not polite!
