Baked apples

Article posted May 11, 2010 at 11:17 PM GMT0 • comment • Reads 783

Ingredients:

Four apples "golden", honey, sugar, white rum and water.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 356 º F. After washing the apples well, cut them near the stalk and perpendicular to it, making a slice of 1 cm.

Then, remove the core with a small knife, trying not to pass through the hole to the other end.

Fill the hole of the core with good honey and a dash of rum core and cover again. Remove the stalk of the apple if it’s still there.

Put all the apples in an oven dish to go in the oven with ½ finger of water in the bottom, with a big pinch of sugar over each apple.

Bake and cook them until the sugar caramelise and apples are cooked.

Hello,
I usualy take some milk with some croissant before going to school. Later, at 11 o'clock i usualy have a ham sandwich, or a cheese sandwich at school. But when i am at home, at the weekend, i prefer having a frankfour sandwich or some biscuits with milk.
