Haitian art usually is how Haiti is known for because it is so beautiful and creative. I mean they make some of their art with trash, recycled things, and more! Haitian art is too expensive to be put in shops and galleries so it is mostly found on public transport, on the walls, and in churches. When others use the tired phrase "Haiti - the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere", let's just say that Haiti is the culturally richest country in the Western Hemisphere instead.
Haiti’s art is imaginative, colorful, and sometimes unreal. Haitian art is really recognizable. Sometimes Haitian artists had to either leave their country or sell their works to the Dominican Republic for lack of a national market!
The lack of visitors impacts the ability of a Haitian artist to sell his or her sculptures, paintings, or beads. For some, there are opportunities to sell art out of the country. Unfortunately, by the time a piece of art arrived, whether in the United States or somewhere else, it has changed hands so many times that the price increases. What would cost ten dollars in Haiti is two hundred and fifty dollars here.

I learned that science helped Middle Ages people to tell time by only the stars, it influenced many areas of life, and artists who studied anatomy (bodily structure of humans, animals, and other living organisms) could make more convincing depictions of the human body. I also leanred about a scientist with the name of Mahmood Ghaznawi. Hestudied philosophy and beliefs and combined what he learned from Indian scholarship with his own investigations and his extensive knowledge of Greek and Arab science. As an accomplished geologist, he accurately recorded the properties and density of different types of stones and metals. He thought that the earth rotates on its own axis and observed that light travels faster than sound.
