4th is fun but when I get into the next grade, I want to work on math. Truly, math is not my best skill. But, the most fun I had in 4th grade was the varginia city field trip. I hope I have as much fun there as I might in 5th grade. The best thing of ending 4th grade, is no more school!

Lolly pop

Article posted May 11, 2010 at 02:17 AM GMT • comment • Reads 136

Hi! This is the time I was nice to a little girl. The day I was nice was a sunny day last year sometime in April. I was on the playground with my friend and we found a little girl crying. I asked her why she was crying and she said because her best friend ditched her to play with a girl she didn't like because she didn't invite her best friend to her birthday party. She kept crying and I felt really bad for the girl. I told her, her friend would get over it but she still kept crying. I put my hands in my pockets to think and my finger tips touched something. I pulled it out and it was a lollypop! I handed the lollypop to the crying girl and she pulled the wrapper off and started sucking on it right away. She stopped crying and said thank you, and I walked away with my friend. A few days later, the little girl walked up to me with someone by her side. I asked her if that was her friend and she said, "No. This is my new best friend." The little girl reached into her pocket and handed me my favorite candy, (which was suprising)a Jolly Rancher. I thanked her and now every once in awhile, I see her with her new best friend.

The war with grandpa

Article posted April 20, 2010 at 01:20 AM GMT • comment • Reads 170

Hi! This is Kaylie and I am reading a book called The war with grandpa. I haven't compeletely finished it yet, but so far this book is really good. If you haven't figured it out yet, this book is a boy the has a war with his grandpa. If your wondering how he got in a war with his grandpa, then the answer is right here! It all started when grandpa sold his house and his family let him come and live with them. Peter thinks this is a wonderful idea...until he figures out his grandpa is moving into his room. You might think, "so what?" but listen to Peter's opinon,it might change your mind. He thinks it's unfair because he has been in that room ever since he first got into the house! They slowly move Peter's things to the upstairs bedroom, and when grandpa moved in, he obviously took Peter's room. Grandpa is depressed because Grandma just died and his leg never healed right when he broke it and it still hurts. So, when Peter go's over to his friends house, they give him an idea. They should declare war with grandpa! So thats how much I've read so far, and if you want to figure out the rest, you should read the book.
Review: A great book filed with exitment and wonders! At the end of each chapter, I just want to read more!

Dream Vacation! by Kaylie

Article posted March 16, 2010 at 04:26 AM GMT • comment (7) • Reads 235

Where would I like to go on vacation? Everybody keeps asking me that so I might as well anwser that now. If I could go on a vacation, I would go to... Hawaii, or Floirdia. If I could get to go to Hawaii that could be great. I've only been there once, but it is so relaxing until you get drenched by a huge wave, but thats another story. Well, Hawaii is very tropical and I like things tropical. I have also had an interest in islands for some reason, I dont really know why. Hawaii is a great place and the hotels have great service, and the beachs are great, and the seashells are very small for the time I was there. So Hawaii is great, but what about Flordia? Flordia is awsome too and my grand -parents live there. That is the place where I got to hold my first Desert Tortise. I was very little back then. Flordia is very desert like too and hot all the time. But on the bright side, the pools are great. So the question is answered, and this is the end of my blog.

My Olympics Theory

Article posted February 23, 2010 at 01:31 AM GMT • comment (1) • Reads 134

What I think about the Olympics is that the Olympics are cool and that the Olympics is something for the whole world to join in. Its for any culture, anyone. The saying,"Swifter, Higher, Stronger," means that anyone who wants to join can, and it means people come back the next year, Swifter, Higher and Stronger. The creed in the Olympics means if you don't win, its okay. As long as it was well played, well fought, and no one gets hurt, and the Olympics was a good battle. My favorite part of the Olympics is the luge. I like it cause its a fun ride and you dont have to do much.

My future job

Article posted January 26, 2010 at 02:52 AM GMT • comment (4) • Reads 223

When I grow up, I want to do a lot of jobs, but this is one.
I want to be a puppy breeder. I know you might think I'm crazy to be a puppy breeder, but I can't resist how much fun they are!
Puppies are so awesome, and I really want to breed them when I grow up. I know they are really hard work, but the fun is worth it. Breeders can make a living by finding dogs to breed and breeding them. You can find them on the internet, and you can also sell them on the internet. That's how I found my new labradoodle puppy, Joey! He was born in California, and we just finished playing fetch!

Drenched

Article posted January 12, 2010 at 01:50 AM GMT • comment (11) • Reads 355

One day I went to Hawaii. We walked into the lobby to check in to our room. My brother, Logan, said he was going to the beach for a swim. Me and Kierra wanted to come to,but our mom wouldn't let us because kierra and me weren't in our bathing suits yet. Me and Kierra wouldn't give in. We kept begging and pleading. Finnaly, mom said " Fine! Go on but only for a minute!" Me and Kierra skipped all the way to the beach, with our brother.

When we got there, logan dived in for a nice five minute swim. Me and my sister dipped our toes in the water. The waves started to get rougher and rougher. A few waves later, one of our flipflops got swept away by the current! Logan swam out and got it. After that we got ready to go back, but me and kierra wanted to dip our feet in the water one more time. On that last time, the water was so rough, a huge wave came over the top of us, and we got DRENCHED! We had to walk back into the lobby with our clothes and dripping wet. The End.
