Holdays in the U.K. is a very fun time! The sugar mice are one of those treats! "These mice came from England in a most unusual way" Say's the Article. It also says, "The woman who decorated the museum tree found herself on a talk show in London and made an appeal for donated sugar mice and to her surprise she received over 100 mice that are on the museum tree." Another fact is. "The Christmas tree did not come to England until 1841 when Prince Albert had a Christmas Tree brought in and decorated in Windsor Castle for his wife Queen Victoria and their children. The tradition caught on. Also another fact is. On the day of December 26th the poor boxes (or alms) are traditionaly opened and all the funds go to the poor. Number 4 fact is that the 1st mailed Christmas card was mailed in the 1840's in England. And the last fact is that Tom Smith invented the well known noisemakers also called crackers in 1850. Happy Holidays From the U.K.

I am doing the alpine tundra. The first orgamisamI am doing isthe gofer. He burrows underground to stay safe from preditors. And he eats plants and berrys. The 2nd thing is the woodchuch. He does the same thing as the gofer but, they eat different plants and berrys. The 3rd thing is the meadow mouse. they hidein small cracks in the mountain eating plants and berrys. I would want to vist this biome because I think it would be fabulous to vist the natral habitats of these creatures.

These are 3 things that i learned while making the monster! #1 I learned about teamwork. Teamwork is VERY important while making the monster. #2 Comunacation. We had to comunacate with each other with which part goes were and if we a ready to move on to a different part. And #3 To Respect. We have to respect each other's monster part and their personal space!

What is a Supernova? Wonder 94
A supernova is an eploding star! When the star begins to collapse, its inner shell eventually hits the iron core, which creates a huge shock wave. The star explodes, and a supernova is born! A supernova explosion releases billions of tiny particles called “atoms” into space. These atoms form a huge dust cloud called a “nebula.”
My wonder word is white dwarf. It means after a supernova the star can turn into a white dwarf.
(White dwarfs are very small stars)
