I read Amoung The Hidden. I wanted to read this book because it sounded really good and interesting to me. A really exciting event that I thought was exciting was when Luke became brave enough to go acroos the street to the Sport families house to see if they had a third child too. I would reccommened this book to someone who likes a medium lenght book and a pretty long series. I think thseries is about seven books long  series is about seven books long but I am on the second book and it is really good so far.

I think the most valuble invention is glasses. Because if people like me didnt have glasses we would not be able to see. If we can not see then how do we get aroung? I dont know. The person who created the first reconized pair of glasses was Salvino D'Armate.  All glasses have lens in the inside measured how good or bad your eyesight is abd they can have a full rim or a half a rim like mine do.

Some nonfIctIon topIcs I lIke are anImals especIally toucans I also love coral reefs. For some reason coral reefs make me happy. I like toucans because they are cool in a way that I like I really lIke theIr long brIght orange beaks. Another animal I also really like is a pIg or a zebra. I like zebra's back and white stripes., Does anyone one know if zebras are black with white strIpes or white wIth black  strIpes? If you do PLEASE leave a comment I really want to know. I know some types of horses are paint, curly horse, a mustang horse, a tiger horse, and a Tori hose.

I did can fortune cookies predict the future. Not everyone agrees on who invented the fortune cookie. Some say it was Makoto Hagiwara or they say David Jung invented the fortune cookie. Fortune cookies do not really predict the  future but some say they do. The largest fortune cookie making business is Wonton Food Inc. they ship about 60 million a year. They are made in a machine today. I love fortune cookies.

Some poem books i have enjoyed are A Ligh tIn The Attic and also A Dog Ate My Homework I enjoy silly or funny poems.I am good at finding end rhyme and alliteration. I think i might use end ryhme or alliteration or onomatopoeia.

Alot of my poems will be about sillly things and funny things.

   I lIke this poem because that Is what happened to my brothers fIsh. But I really kIlled them because I though tthey had rashes so I put baby powder In theIr tank and It kIlled them all. I felt really bad. But I stIll LOVE thIs poem!!!!

Salt Water Taffy does not actually have saitwater in it. But it has salt and water in it but not saltwater. The reason salt water taffy is called that is because Bradley's candy store became flooded during a major storm in 1883. All of his salt water taffy became soaked in salt water so he started calling it that as a joke.

If a man wants to show his love to someone he would carve a spoon for the person. If the woman agreed on the carvers intention she would hang it on the wall in the kitchen. If someone would hang a mistletoe branch over the door that is belived to keep them safe from storms. Or if they hung it over a babies cradle it would keep the baby safe that is in the cradle.The greeting is "Naldolig Llawen". There tree type is cultual. They hang a hobby horse   "hobbyhorse" which represents a old Celtic tradition.

I am reading The Keeping Room. It is really good. So far the redcoats have taken over Joey's  house. Their father is also at war and was sent into jail. All Joey can do for his family is stay strong and be as brave as he can.  Joey is writing letters to the families for the men who had gotten hung and died. At first he was sick to his stomach but then since he was writing letters they told him he had to watch if he wanted to  His father was put into jail and Joey was the only one who got to go and see him. Mary was protesting with her mother that she would wear some of Joey's clothes and act as a boy to go see her father. But a soldier said that would not be allowed. As soon as Joey got into the jail he was with his father for about five minutes and then he had to go on a ship somewhere. Joeys mother had sent a letter for Joeys father but he could not read it because he had to leave. Joey could hardly reconisze his father when her went into the jail. I did not like how Joey was the only one who was allowed to go because they should allowed the whole family to go. I did like how at least one of them was allowed to go and see his father.  I would recommened to read this book if you like  the war and maybe some gross stuff. I think this would be a really good book for boys who are up for an adventure. I really enjoyed the book and  I wish there was a second one because I would definetly read it.
