Dear Mom and Dad,

You’ve heard that deforestation has been happening quite a lot lately in Lebanon. My class and I are trying to stop deforestation by planting more trees. That’s why I need a job to earn money so we can plant more trees in Deir El Qamar.

First of all, we are going to try to stop deforestation by planting more trees, due to the trees’ beauty and fresh air that they give to this country. Likewise, they give shelter and habitats for wild life creatures, as well trees create parks with plenty of trees where children can go and play.

I also believe that you guys can stop deforestation if you recycle. Furthermore, we can do that by working on Ads, that enhance the importance of recycling paper which can help stop deforestation. In addition the government MUST provide us with recycling machines.

I’m sure constructing laws to prohibit the cutting of trees will really help stop deforestation. So when you cut down an old tree you need to replace it with a new one. Meanwhile, in certain areas there should be NO cutting down trees! Not to forget you should pay a fine if you break the law.

With this in mind, I hope you didn’t forget about the job, just to remind you, so I wish you would dream about what I have written to you.

Why? Why! I never get out but all the others do. I have to stay inside that box. I am really good when you use me on paper, but that kid doesn’t even touch me. Me, I have to stay inside that stupid little box ALONE! Oh, wait, I can see light.

I woke up in the morning; I was so exhausted because my brother kept me up the whole night, so I was feeling under the weather. I hurried to the bathroom as quickly as possible because my brother spends a lot of time in the bathroom. I locked the door, washed my hands, and opened the door but it didn’t open….

I tried to unlock it but the door wouldn’t budge. I released the key and put it back in but it didn’t work. I knocked on the door and my dad heard me; he knew I was locked so he went and got the spare key. My dad came back down and unlocked the door. I ran to hug him but my brother started laughing at me. Dad told me about when he got locked in the bathroom, but that is a whole different story.

4. I have two brother’s; one is in 11th grade and one is in university.
5. My favorite games are God of War 1-3 and Devil May Cry1-4 and PES 09.
6. My favorite book is Bone 9 because it is full of adventure.
