Hello everyone! This weekend marks the first long weekend of the summer season. Your Friday Writing question is simple, What do you plan on doing during your summer vacation? The last two summers I have attended university classes, so I am looking forward to relaxing by the pool and soaking in the sun.

Good morning and welcome to another addition of Friday Writing. I hope that you enjoy putting your thoughts down and have other people reading your work. I think it is important you edit your work before you post it, because your work represents you. The other teachers and students only know about you by your pseudonym and the words you post on your blog.
The Canadian Mint has announced that the "penny" will no longer be manufactured in Canada. Apparently, it cost more to make each penny than a penny. Goods and services will know have to be rounded or estimated. You might have to pay more for your new jeans than the price tag. Please, write a paragraph discussing the loss of the one cent coin. Will it make a difference in your life? Please give me your "two cents".

It is my turn for Friday Writing. Thank you Ms. Brown for keeping track of our order. I would like to say I am impressed with the efforts of all the citizens of our Friday Writing Community. I would like to encourage everyone to comment and respond to postings. If you don't understand something in a post or you have a question you would like answered.....ASK! Friday Writing today is a poem! Write an acrostic poem about SPRING?
If you don't want to write one about spring .....maybe you could write an acrostic poem on your blogmeister name.

Hey Connaught! We missed Ms. Brown's Friday Writing Post last week and it was excellent. I would like you to go and read her Friday Writing post then go and Read Ms. Ellis' post from Gateway School. And then Ms. Casey on Rhode Island has a question for you.

Welcome to Friday Writing. The weather in Saskatchewan has been extremely cold. For your Friday Writing assignment please write about what you like to do for winter fun. What do you like to do on "snow days"?
Personally, I like to curl up in a chair with a good book and escape.
