Good Morning Third Graders!
Today is Wednesday, January 13th, 2009. It is an Orange day and you will go to Art class. This morning, we will work on our Vocabulary words, and talk about words ending in -ed, -ing, and -s. We will also reflect on the story Storm Chasers.
In Math, we will talk about Triangles. This afternoon, you will work on your writing and learn moreabout Matter.
Please work on the worksheets on your desk for Morning work. When you are finished, you should read quietly.

Good Morning, Third Graders,
Today is Tuesday, January 12th, 2010. It is a Red day and you will go to Music. This morning, we will take a spelling test and you will get a new list of words for another test on Friday. Then, we will continue reading the story Storm Chasers using our Reading strategies. In Math, we will learn about Angles. This afternoon, we will work on revising our writing. We will also learn about how Matter changes.
This morning, please write in your Journal! Here is the prompt: January 12th is Work Harder Day. Think of a way that you can work harder today. This can either be at school or at home. Write about your plan.
