How They Got Rich

Article posted June 15, 2006 at 10:34 PM GMT0 • comment (1) • Reads 4623

Once upon a time there was a kid. He lived with his brother. His mom and dad had died. But the worst thing was that they didn't have any money. So one day they went to the king. Told him if he could give him 1 gold piece. That costed nine dollers in that time. So the king said NO. The kids went very sad and still hungry. So they disided to do something. That was to not buy anything from any stores. The king owned everything in the vilage. Exept the houses that people lived in. So everybody stopped buying stuff for 15 weeks. Then the king died. Now know what happened to the money. The villagers got the money. They lived rich and happily ever after.

Summer plans

Article posted June 14, 2006 at 07:40 PM GMT0 • comment (1) • Reads 942

Well I think that for the summer I’m going to get a new bike. What I’m going to do with it is I am going to race with my friends. Last year I raced and I won and I got to choose any race that I wanted to see.

I am also going to do the summer reading program. Last year I did it. I got chosen in the drawing. It was very cool. I also got a free book and I might do it if I have more time in my vacation.

There is one thing I can’t wait for and that is the FOURTH OF JULY. It is so cool and the cool part is all the fire works. This year I am going to get a lot of fire works. I am going over to my friend’s house to explode them.

My Feelings About My Blog

Article posted June 2, 2006 at 08:01 PM GMT0 • comment (3) • Reads 1324

I think Blogs are good because it helps somebody learn stuff that they don’t know and it also helps other people know other people’s feelings and what other people like to do when they are in different places. What I like about a blog is that it is the coolest thing in the whole live world.

Well I think for the summer I’m not really going to write articles because my computer doesn’t work. That’s why I can’t write any more articles on my blog. The other thing is that next year I’m not going to have a blog. Can you believe that? A kid without a blog, yikes!

Changing Desks

Article posted May 22, 2006 at 07:59 PM GMT0 • comment • Reads 1397

Changing Desks

Well every three weeks we change desks and the cool thing is that we get to sit with different partners. The first person that I sat with was with a very good friend of mine and his name is Logan. I think that the best partner that I sat with was Dylan and Logan and the reason I liked Logan was because he was nice to me and he was a good friend. The reason I like Dylan is because he is a very good friend to have. He is nice and he also respects others.

Well how we change desks is we clear our desks out. Then our teacher draws people's names. Then we get in our new desks and then we get a can and we cut little pieces of paper. Put our name on them then after that we draw for jobs. When we do all that then we do journals and math. Sometimes our teacher reads to us and then it is time for recess.

Our Class Project For Mothers Day

Article posted May 12, 2006 at 08:07 PM GMT0 • comment • Reads 923

I am very excited about mother’s day. Well for Mexican people mothers day was on May 11 2006. For people in Seattle it is the 18th of May and the cool thing is that in our classroom we made some pots. How we made them our teacher Mr. Ahlness told us how to make them. This is how he taught us. Well first you get a piece of clay. Then you make it in to a lot of tiny worms, then you connect them and the way you connect them is you get a ball and squish it in to a plate form. Then you put water on it then it sticks then you keep on putting worms. Then you get an ice cream stick and make the worms not show up. Then after that our teacher puts it in the kiln so it can turn rough. Then we color it when it is done. Then our teacher puts it back on the kiln and then he gives it to us and we give it to our mom.

Pike Place Market

Article posted May 12, 2006 at 08:05 PM GMT0 • comment • Reads 705

Well I am very excited because next week I think were going to the Pike Place Market. The bad thing is that we don’t get to buy anything or take money. The good thing is that we at least get to go to the Pike Place Market and see all the things they have. Well there is also another good thing that a lot of my friend’s moms or dads are going to drive. I hope that me and my and my friend Dylan go with my friend Michael and his mom. We also went on another field trip and I got to go with my two best friends and they were the ones I want to go to the Pike Place Market with. I am also willing to see my uncle and my cousin and they work in a restaurant. In the Pike Place Market and my uncle is the manager of that restaurant and I am really willing to see them. Maybe I won’t get to see my uncle because he is going to Mexico and I don’t know when but I know he is going one of these days. I am also willing to see this one shop I don’t know what it is called but it is very cool and awesome.

Wasl

Article posted April 28, 2006 at 07:56 PM GMT0 • comment (3) • Reads 1144

DAY 1. Well the first Wasl test was pretty easy but I know that even if this one was easy not all of them are. But the good thing is that the first one was pretty easy.

DAY 2. Well the second part of the test was pretty easy too and it was reading so was the first day and next were doing math. I’m also going to tell you what’s in the Wasl. Well in the Wasl for third graders there’s reading and math.

DAY.3 Well today we had math and it was very easy and also kind of boring I hope the next math Wasl is hard. This one was super duper easy and I also hope that we get more snacks. Well at the middle of the Wasl we have a break and we get snacks and today we had goldfish and pretzels. But I still hope we would have got an apple or some kind of fruit.

DAY.4 Well the math Wasl test was kind of hard but when I got a snack I solved the problem that I couldn’t get and I solved it in 5 seconds. So know I know if I don’t get a snack I can't solve a problem but what’s weird is that last time that we did math and also reading. I finished before we even got snacks and I didn’t even get confused or anything with any of the math problems. This time I did and the problem was hard and it was also confusing.

DAY 5. Well today is the last day of the wasl and the cool thing about this part of the Wasl is that in this part of the Wasl it is not permitted to use calculators rulers or other stuff like that but what was hard was some of the problems, because a lot of the problems were hard, but the good thing is that the Wasl is over.

All about book

Article posted March 15, 2006 at 05:45 PM GMT0 • comment • Reads 721

Well the hardest part about my book was to write in a piece of paper because I’m not really used to writing on paper but I did write it on paper so I got the hang of it. So now I’m good at writing on paper and typing on computer and if you’re wondering what kind of book I’m writing about how to make a robot.

Cool Vacation

Article posted February 27, 2006 at 08:03 PM GMT0 • comment • Reads 753

This is actually a thing I got that was really fun to play with. You can shoot stuff like cans and beer bottles. The thing that was fun about the gun was that I could practice and practice. After you shoot a bullet you can put it back in and that’s the cool thing about the little gun.

The other thing that I did was I bought some more wrestling action figures like the dead man under taker and Kurt Angle and if you want to know more about wrestling go to wwe raw or wwe smack down.
