Our Field Trip

On Monday our class went up to Regina for our field trip. It was a 2 hour drive up there and it was really borring. On the way up there we chatted with each other as that was almost the only thing to do (because we can't get up and walk around on the bus).
When we eventualy got there, we went right to the R.C.M.P Heritage Center. I would have to say it was extreamly big! I learned a lot there like that the native children had to be taken away from their parents to go to school. I also learned that if they didn't listen to their teacher or if the did the oposite of what they were told, the punishment would be severe. When we were done our questions we had to answer, we got to go and look around. My favourite things there were the guns. My favourite guns would be the revolvers. They were some of the smallest guns. It was really cool.
When we left the Heritage Center we went to the McKenzie Art Gallary. There were a ton of paintings and amazing sculptures. My favourite sculpture would have to be a polar bear standing on its 2 back legs. It was really cool. It was carved from a rock.
I wish I could go there again sometime.
On out way home we stopped at 711 to get a drink. Everyone got a slirpy except me. I got a Monster Energy. When we were half way home we had to drop of the baseball players because they had a baseball game.
I really wish that my family could go there too because it was really cool.

3 days ago we had track and field. I did quite well acording to my mom. I only got 2nd in the 400m. My little brother got 4th in the 400m. He also got 1st in shot put. My mom says that my little brother is strong to get 1st in shot put. I had trouble running because my foot was sore. I kind of hate track and field.

Our teacher are reading us a book called Ghosts of the Titanic by Julie Lawson. So far a boy named Kevin is on a vacation and he finds a box in the house they are staying in. When Kevin takes it up in his room he opens it and there is nothing in there. After that a ghost has been haunting him. She keeps asking where is Michael but Kevin does not know who Michael is. I think Kevin will be trying to find out who Michael is. I think he will need some help from his friend Jarid to find out who Michael is and how to stop the ghost from haunting him. I remember that a man named Angus Seaton is getting dead people from the sea and he finds a baby and I think that baby is Michal. It is a really interesting book and I really want to find out how he gets this ghost to stop haunting him and if they find out who Michael is or not.

This weekend I went fencing with my dad, my uncle, and my little brother. It took about 3 hours to go all around the fence and after almost every post the electric line was tangled with the barb wire. About a quarter way around I was with my dad but then when we stoped I went with my uncle because my dad was going up really steep hills and my uncle is a much safer driver. When my uncle and I were going around a really steep hill we almost tipped because there was a really deep hole. My uncle slammed on the brakes and put his foot down so we wouldnt tip. He told me to get off the quad so I did because he knew it wasnt safe. After he got passed we finished fencing. When we were half way done we found a whole bunch of broken line. We had to do a lot of work.

This Easter break I couldn't wait to go to the city for my birthday.On the way up to the city I read my book. It was really hard to read my book because my dad talks quite alot and I have trouble reading when people are talking. When we were half way up there I couldn't wait to go to Wal-Mart because I was going to get an Xbox 360.
When we finaly got up to the city I kept asking my mom if we could go to Wal-Mart and we didn't because my uncle had to check some grain samples. It really bugged me because it took an hour and I couldn't stop thinking about getting my Xbox.
After my uncle was done we went to DQ for a hamburger because everyone was starving. It was really fast to get our meal and everyone shoved their hamburgers in their faces.
Once we finaly got to Wal-Mart I rushed to the game section and bought the Xbox 360 and Call of Duty Black Ops.
After we left Wal-Mart I was bugging my mom to go and let me see the Hunger Games but she would not let me because we had to get home.
As soon as we got home I plugged in the Xbox and played it for 3 days in a row. Eventualy my mom kicked me off the Xbox but I am fine with it because I needed a break for a while.

MacKenzie Art Gallery

Yesterday we went to the MacKenzie Art Gallery in our art room at our school. There were about 13 paintings. I think the oldest one is a picture of a bull. It was made 1883. The rest of the paintings were made in the 1900s. Four of them were painted by people from England who moved to Canada. My favourite one was the bull one because it looked like it was just painted. After we were done looking he told us about some of the paintings. After he was done talking about three of four paintings we started drawing. We drew a picture of a highway. When we finished it looked like the road was going down the highway. It was really awesome because now I know how to make pictures where it looks like the road is going farther out. I really wanted to learn how to draw more pictures like that. When I got home I showed my mom and told her about the gallery. She thought my picture was really cool. Then I tried to draw it again about three more times and I think I have gotten alot better. I think I am going to show my mom how to draw it.

This February break all I am going to do is go on the computer. I also am going to practice playing my guitar and I am already getting quite good. I am going to ask my cousins boyfreind if he can teach me some songs to play. On the computer I am going to play a game called Runescape. Then my freind is going to come to my house and all we are going to do is hunt and go on the computer.

Last month I got chicken pox. They were all over my arms, legs, and my chest. My dad told me that they were worse than his. My mom had to stay away from me because she hadn't had the chicken pox. I got them from my brother because he is always following me and if he just left me alone I wouldn't have got them. I had to go in an oat meal bath because that makes them scab over. My dad also put baking soda on my back to burn the poison out of them. They lasted about 4 weeks. I had to stay home from school so I had alot of homework. On the 2nd week they started burning but not iching. On they 3rd week they only iched for a few days but then the iching stopped. I am now back at school and I dont have any more homework to do.

Last weekend I watched the new Steven King movie. It was called Bag of Bones. This was the first Steven King movie I have ever seen. It was really good beacuse I really like horrer movies. I think the scariest part in the movie is when something in the bath tub grabbed this guy named Mike. Since I really like this movie my mom might let me watch another Steven King movie named Carrie. I really was hoping that I could get it on DVD.

This weekend I am going to assiniboia to visit my grandma and grandpa. When we get up there I am going to ask my mom if I can go to my cousins to play World Of WarCraft. I am going to ask if I can stay the night. If I can I will sleep in the living room and play World of Warcraft all night. In the morning I am going to walk to my grandma and grandpa's to visit them. Once I am done visiting I am going home.

On the weekend my mom is going to buy me a laptop online.She is going to find me the best laptop she can find with a ton of memory so I can dounload The Lord of the Rings Online. All I will do on it is play The Lord of the Rings and play runescape.I am not going to let my brother play it because he always brakes my stuff. So I am going to hide it in my room.This is the first time I buy something online so hopefully it comes or my mom will get really mad. I dont know what typ of laptop I am getting but I think it is going to be a Dell. I am going to meet up with my old freind that I met up on The Lord of the R ings but I dont think he has it anymore so I will have to find more freinds. I am going to probly going to be on it all weekend without getting off. My brother is getting an ipod touch so we both get something to make it even. I am going to tell him if I dont touch his stuff he cant touch my stuff. When it is sunday night I will have to charge it because it the batery will be dead.

Yesterday my dad went to Swift Current to buy a new Semi. After I got home from school my dad was there with the Semi. He called me in the Semi to ride to my grandma's house. When I got in the Semi there was a bunk and a small dresser. On our way to our grandma's house my brother jumped up on the top bunk and started jumping. While he was jumping on the top bunk my dad hit the breaks and my brother fell off. It was so funny I couldnt stop lafing. Once we got to our grandma's My mom,dad,my brother,and I hopped in the truck and went home. Once we got home I went to bed.

This weekend I am going to Assiniboia for a dentist epointment to get 5 fillings. Justin's epointment is on the day after mine. After my dentist epointment we are going to our grandma and grandpa's house to visit for the weekend.We are bringing our bikes up to ride with our cousin. We have never rode our bikes in town yet so this is going to be my favourit day up there. Afer riding my bike I am going back to my grandpa's house to go to bed. When I wake up I am going home and going to Nick Nacks to get a milkshake. When we get home I am going to play with my dog then get all my things ready for another day at school.

This summer I made a fort with my brother Justin. He and I have been going down there every day and making the fort better and better. In the middle of the summer my friend came out and we all went to the fort. My friend thought he saw a wolf so he made a wall as fast as we could and went in the fort as fast as we could. After 10 minuts we figured it would be gone so we went inside.
When we got inside we all played the Wii and played Mairio Cart. Once we were done playing the Wii we went to the fort again. When we got there my friend found this iron bar so he was trying to wack this tree down. His arms were so so tired we went back inside and went to bed. The next day he had to leave.

On Friday my class went on a feild trip. 1st we went to the power plant. When we went in the plant we saw a real mamouth tooth. We went on a tour around the plant. We split up the groups the grade 5s went first and the grade 6s watched a video about the tour. When the grade 5s went we went really high. We went into this very loud room you could hardly hear the tour guide. When the grade 6s went on the tour the grade 5s watched the video. After we had lunch at the golf park. After we had lunch we went to the Sam Kelly Caves. We climbed peak's butte and we smuggled rocks from the U.S. Tyson ran through the creek and half way through we fell and got soaked. After we went to the caves we saw the Turtle and the Buffalo Efegy.Once the trip was over we went to Mini-Mart and got some snacks for the ride home. When we got back we went home. We had lots of fun so we hope you will go on the tour.

Our class is working on Inproving Personal Eating Practices. My goas was to drink better beverages. On Monday I am supposed to drink apple juicefor brecfast and I did it, On Tuesday I had to drink more milk and I acomplished It. Today I am going to drink less pop and I am trying really hard not to drink it. Friday I have to drink milk each meal but I might not acomplish it because I never have d.rank mild for a meal. My benefits are that they have less sugars and my obstacles are that I forget that I have juices in my house. The person that is supporting me is my mom. Thats what we are doing for our Personal Eating Practices

This weekend I am going to go hunting with my dad. We are going to hunt rabits or maby even birds. Him and I will have to go to my grandma's house to go hunting them because we dont have any rabits at my house. Once we get some rabits I am going to tell a joke to my dad, lets make socks with the rabit fur. I bet he will laugh so hard he will loose his breath. After I get a rabit I am going to see if it is dead. I think I might not hit it because I don't have that good of a shot. I will try to get one but I bet I will not. Once we are done hunting we will go back to my grandma's house and I will tell her how much fun It was. After I tell her I will have to go home. When I get home I will tell my mom if I shot a rabit or if I didn't.Then I will go to bed.

On the winter holidays I was up in Assiniboia. When my family got there I went on the computer and I was sneaking on Facebook. I got my first friend on there called Shad Adam. When I was checking for more friends, the first person that popped in my head was Hulk Hogen. I requested him but he didn't say yes yet. When we went home my mom went on the computer and she saw Facebook messages and I got in big trouble because I was not supposed to be on Facebook. The next day my mom finaly let me go on Facebook.

This Weekend my cousin Natasha and her boyfriend Devin will be comeing down to my farm. When they get to my house I will ask Devin if he brought his guitar because I want to learn how to play it realy bad. When he teaches me some notes I will go on the wii and play Mairio Cart with Natasha. When I play her I will let her win because it is her first time. After the day is over we all will go to bed but either Devin or Natash will have to sleep in my bed. When we wake up Devin and I will play Warcraft and Natasha and Justin will go quading. Then Justin and Natasha will swich off with Devin and I and they will go and play Warcraft and Devin and I will go quading. After we are fineshed quading and playing Warcraft Natasha and Devin will be going home.

This winter holidays I went to Moose Jaw. When I got there we went to Wal Mart and I rushed to the game section. When I got to the game section I was looking and looking for a good game. Then when I looked in the D.S. games but I didn't find enything so Looked in the Wii section and I found a game called No More Heroes Desperate Strugle. It is about a teen named Travis and he is an asasin. He is trying to get to the first rank of asasins. It is a very brutal game because there is so much killing and chopping heads off. You also have mini games where there is a cartoon character of you and you can play seven different games. My favourite is Meat Man. That mini game is about you trying to feed many hungry men and if you don't give them the right typ of stake they will throw their fork at you and it will hit your face. So that is the game I got on the holidays.

This weekend I am going to my grandma and grandpa's house in Assiniboia. When I get there I am going to visit with them for an hour or two. When I am done visiting I am going on the computer and play Chimpoo. Chimpoo is a game where you can chat,play games, and buy clothes and a lot of decoratins for your house. My name on the game is Chimpop and I have a girlfriend named Lillif849. When I am done playing the game I will go to bed and when I wake up I will go home.

Yesterday my mom and dad bought me something so awesome. The thing they bought me was a Boflex. Just last night I was working out on it but I was having a little trouble on it. The trouble I had was pulling down a bar which was holding very heavy weights. Then eventually I accomplished it. Now I am going to exercize every day.

This weekend I got a new computer. It is a MacIntosh. The games that I have right now are chess and a puzzle of a lion. Today I am getting internet which is going to be awesome. The only games that I am going to play are World of Warcraft and a lot of killing games. I also am getting my first email address. Then I will be able to email my friends. When I get home I will go straight for the computer.

This weekend I got a new movie. It is called Avitar the last Airbender. It is the movie in the world! It is about a boy named Ang trying to save the world. I was waiting for this movie for a whole year! I wanted to see it in theaters but my mom would't let me see it for some reason.

Hi Miss Gauley I am in Assinaboia and I am having lots of fun. I went to the church and helped set up the crosses and the flags. My family helped me put up the crosses because there were so many. After we finished putting them up my uncle Joan gave Justin and I $5.00! That's all I did so far so I hope you write back soon.

This weekend I am getting to move into my basement. I am putting my T.V. down there and my Wii. Then I am putting my movies down there including my Lord of the Rings movies which I always watch when I get board. After I do all that I am going to put my bed down there and a mini frige right beside it. Then after I am going to put my dresser with all my clothes and all the Wii games.

Last week some people came to our school and told us about alout. The thing they told us about Good People You. They told us about incouraging people and you could tell what people feal like and what they need.
They also asked us to wear coulours like blue, red,yellow ,and green. They asked us to wear thoes coulours because they had a game show. They had a bunch of fun team games and games you had to do allone. One of the games was guess the song where you got to guess a song that they played 10 songs and you have to guess them.
At the end of the game show we went home. I told my mom what we did and told her how much fun it was. I hope they come to your school. I bet you will have a blast!

This weekend my brother,my dog,and I were playing a game that we made up called Rag Tag. Rag Tag is when you get a rag and play with your dog and try and get the rag from him/her to get a goal at the dog's base. When you get it to the dog's base 10 times you win.

My Grandpa

My grandpa Lloyd was my second grandpa. He played many games with my brother Justin and I. He played games like putting my rabbit on the fan,and saying "What is 5 plus 5?" When I said, "10, he said, "No 55!"
Then when it was 2007 my grandpa had cancer in his heart. So he went to Regina to try and stay alive. When he got there my mom my dad my brother and I went to a motel and stayed there for 3 days. Then there was 2 more days till Cristmas then we went home exept my grandpa. When my my grandma got to the hospital Christmas morning my grandpa was dead! So his funeral was 2 days after. His funeral was in Chornach. All of my family was there.So now the funeral was over and now every one is sad.

This weekend I was playing my Wii. I was playing Mairio and Sonic at the Olimpic Winter Games. I was playing snowboarding with my mom and she won 2 times and I won 5 times. When it was time for lunch Justin got done before me and he took over and deleated my file! So I slapped him in the face and he slapped me back. Then he gave me the controler and I restarted my level. After that I played snowboarding again and again untill I got back to my level. Next I played the skelaten against Justin and he lost 6 times and I won 8 times.
The next day I played it again but this time I stayed on it from 7 in the morning till 2! Once I got off I had a snack and then I went on again. I played 4 man bobsley against my dad and I won about 3 times and my dad won about 1 or 2 times. Then it was time for bed.

This summer Justin and I got brand new bablades. We always battle with them but he wins almost every battle with his. We also go online with the codes we got with them. We also skare our cat with them. But when we play with them outside our dog tries to break them so it sucks.

My cousin Natasha moved to Assinaboia.She's living one block away from my other cousin.Natasha has a green house and a red door.Her old high school friend lives on the other part of the house.There are also two other rooms on top!Wen I just saw the sink it had something on it like mold.I just about fainted.The toilet had rust on it.The walles had crackes in them.But worst of all was the sink.

My dinosaur is Tyrannosauus Rex.It had sharp teeth and small arms and big legs.It was longer than one scool bus and taller than two men.It lived in Western North America and China.It also lived about 65 million years ago.It ate meat.

On the Christmas break I went to my Anty Any's house. She has 2 dogs.1 is nice but the other one is not realy nice.We play our cosin's play stashon. We played 2 games. 1 was rasing and the other was a war game.
