Hi if you don't have conflict managers then you're about to find out about them. Do you know what a conflict is? If not, it's a fight between 2 or more people. So if you notice we are called conflict which means we manage the fight. First the conflict managers introduce each other by saying," Hi my name is Justine and this is my partner Raini would you like us to help you solve your problem?" So if 1 one person says "no" then we'll ask,"What do you think will happen if you don't solve the problem?" Then we reask. If they still stay no, then we just leave. But if they say yes we ask both to describe the problem and then we restate the problem .Then we ask what more can they add to the problem. So then that's when we brainstorm (think of ideas) some solutions to their problem. Then they will agree to one. So then they have to sign their names on a sheet of paper.
