Bienvenue! - Blog 1

Welcome to our classroom blog. Hopefully this will be a fun way to practice our writing in French. Periodically, you will be given a prompt and be asked to comment in French. You must use French punctuation and accents, and check your spelling and grammar! Your work will then be e-mailed to me for approval and grading against the basic writing rubric. If I see a mistake in your rough draft, I will mark it and tell you the type of mistake you need to correct. Then you will make your corrections and re-submit your entry for approval and posting. I will help you with your edit, if needed, but only after you've made every effort to edit your own work. Your initial posting and your final edit must be submitted on time in order to receive credit for your work.

Here is your first blog article. Read it carefully, and then answer the questions in paragraph form. Read the comment to the blog for an example of how to respond.

Don't worry, this one isn't too tough, so you can get used to the process.

Happy Blogging! Mme. Simpson

Please respond to the following by Thursday, September 10 (date subject to change):

Bienvenue!
