 More on the game We talked. We wrote. We talked some more, especially about expressing ourselves on our blogs without hurting the feelings of others. Then the kids wrote some more and posted articles here. The student entries dated 2/6 on the left side of this page will give you a good idea of the intense feelings in our classroom today. I thought the kids wrote well. Being a huge fan, I got home from school, and I started looking around on the Internet to see if anybody else saw the game as many of my students and I did. Well, I found there are plenty of people around the country - not just from Seattle - who commented on how the Seahawks were the victims of several bad calls - which likely cost them the game. But as several of the kids pointed out here, the game is over, and the result will not change.
