I know that cockroack are really hard tokill with any thing and they can live alot of stuff like a gun shot or nuke going off and they have a really hard exoskeleton and i want to know how far a cockroach can go from someone blowing on it and i want to know what there exoskeleton is made of

I know that cockroaches can withstand a nuclear holocaust and there really tough to kill. I would like to know what there diet consists of, and if they can swim at all.

I do not know much about cockroach s but they live all over hawaii and Madagascar. Darth Vadar's head was based off the cockroach head. What I want to know is how their body works.

I know they a wingless, they have antennaes, the male mhc's have horns that they use in aggressive encounters and yeah that's about it. Oh yeah the like to live on the floor of tropical rain forests ne'er river banks. I would like to learn what they eat and any other random facts(:

I dont know alot about cockroaches except that there are alot of them in new york. I would like to know how it is that cockroaches could live through a bombing. Thats ALL id like to know about cockroaches because i think they are disgusting and need to be extinct because theyre just gross. Also i wonder if they carry diseases.

I know that these cockroaches like to hiss when they're mad or feeling an attack coming on. And they are kind of creepy. They look like aliens, and the female has a smooth head and the male has ridges.

They are ugly. I hate them and they Are nasty. I really don't know anything about then and I never want to touch them. We have Madagascar cockroaches in a tank in our class and they are gross.If I had it as a pet, I'd kill it.

I don't know much about cockroaches but I know that they are an insect and they have 2 long tentacles in front of them. The color of them are brown or dark brown. What I want to know about them are what type of food do they eat, what do they smell like, what do they use their 2 long tentacles for? I also what do know how long can they live and what kind of environment do they like?!?! Do they prefer the dark better than the light?

They are one of the most versatile creatures on the planet and have been known to survive nuclear events.I'd like to know why they can survive such things and how big the biggest cockroach is.

I know that cockroaches are able to survive nuclear disasters, they are an insect, they have 6 legs, you can find them in houses sometimes, and they are usually brown. I would like to know if they can see in the dark, swim, how many senses they have, how they survive nuclear explosions, where they usually live, how long do they live, how big can they get, and how much do they usually weigh.

What do I know about cockroaches? I know that they can survive for SIX weeks without their heads! That's so disturbing. I also know they don't need to eat everyday. They can survive incredible amounts of radiation. It's crazy what cockroaches have survived. I want to know what they like to eat more, do they like fruit? Vegtables? Or do they eat meat? Can they survive in the cold harsh environment in Washington? Im not sure.

KNOW: I know cockroaches are pretty complex insects. They are usually dark brown or brown. Cockroaches have 6 legs. I know they have antenaes on their heads. I think thats all..
WANT TO KNOW: I want to know what other kinds of cockroaches there are other than the madagascar hissing cockroach that we are studying. things i know about cockroaches?
1. their cool
2. if you see one in your house there's a thousand under your house (thanks alisha :3)
3. almost all the girls hate them in our class
4. they can create a stampead of girls (and some guys) if you shove them in one girls face. xD
5. their really ugly...C:
6. they can survive for a week after their heads are cut off.
7. they can resist a high amount of radiation.
8. they bight, and eat fingernails, feet and hands.
things i want to know?
i honestly cant think of anything right now... :P

I know that cockroaches like eating veggies and fruit, they like to invade messy kitchens and are difficult to rid yourself of.
They can survive nuclear war missiles and having their head chopped off.
I want to know how the can survive in such terrible conditions and why they enjoy eating those certain foods. Maybe even how long they have existed on this earth.

For me personally I don't like cockroaches at all they gross me out but some facts I know is babys come out of there back and they eat pretty much everything, they also like living in warm, dark, wet places. I hope I can learn more cool things about them

I know that cockroaches live on dirty places like in the sewer, kitchen and bathrooms. They smell very bad especially when they die. I want to know more about what they do and how they survive dangerous places like the nuclear disasters.

Cockroaches-They are nasty gross and ugly things that have no life and need to die because there is no purpose of them on this world
I know that they are an insect that has 2 long tentacles in front of them.
Color of them are brown or dark brown.
I lived in California and had lots of cockroaches every where for a long time-
They like to sit in your bath tub
They don't like dogs
What I want to know about them:
What type of food do they eat,
What do they smell like,
What do they use their 2 long tentacles for

About the Blogger
I started my teaching career in South Central Los Angeles teaching in modified to full bilingual 4th and 5th grade classes. Then I moved to WA State where I have taught mainly 6th through 8th grade. I have enjoyed the culture clash but notice that kids are the same everywhere :o)
My areas of interest are science and technology but I also love studying ancient cultures and learning about different peoples and cultures.
