Immigration is over, I made it to America. Immigration simulation is done for, although I think it wasn’t a very good play of for all the work we did for immigration. But it was a good way to experience what the real immigrants went though. All the people were harsh and didn’t care if you had feelings, some people from the same country were nice but they were only nice because they were from your country not that they liked you.
They processors were always wrong about you thinking you had something wrong with you and then they would say "You had something that you weren’t even close to having." They thought I was mentally ill, only I was really healthy. Well that is life and you have to live with it.

Dearest Friend Fritz,
I can’t wait to be in America with you, although I will miss the wide open sheep fields just when the sun is setting. But I’m sure a American sunset will look much better.
Would you please look for a job opening at the cattle ranch you work at, I'm hoping to work with you. Hopefully farming pays better than in Poland.
Les and I are worried about baby Heather getting sick in the steerage with no bathrooms, she is very light headed. I hope you will consider if we can stay at you home for a while so we get back on our feet, and can find a home we can afford. Also If I stay with you I will improve my English. Don’t worry about clothes and food, we're bringing clothes and making are own food.
I will find a synagogue to go to, do you know of any?
I will be on the Britanic at Ellis Island, look out for us.
See you soon thank you,
Sincerely Mary Mieczislawski,

Every Monday and Wednesday in portable C is all about immigration. What were doing is we get an immigrant, mine is Mary she is a 34 year old from Poland. She has four children and enjoys farming plus work life.
I’m excited to get dressed up in Poland peasant clothes and play Mary. I think we will explain who we are and where we're from and will either get to come into America or not some people with health problem or other reasons will get deported.
We all get assigned college students from western. They're really fun to work with. They help you when you’re stuck or they help you decide important details about your character's health problem or other reasons they might get deported.

Why I got my Riding Gloves

I go horsesbackriding. That’s my favorite thing to do. One time I was riding Gallop the horse I ride while the ground was full with a never-ending blanket of packed snow. As we cantered around, as my hands were colder than a hairless dog in a freezer, I dropped my reins at a fast canter. I laid down my arms rapped around Gallops neck just connecting by my frozen hands I grabbed the reins just before we barraged into a frozen pond. Scaring all the ducks and feeling the snow stop under us, I sat up and we turned around and headed for the open. And that is why my mom got me riding gloves.
Note to reader: Funny story huh?

Tomorrow is my birthday. I’m going to be 11 (I can’t wait.) I already opened my presents because my mom lives down in Kent so she came up for the weekend to celebrate my birthday.
I made a chocolate cake and chocolate frosting (it was yummy, really yummy) everybody liked the cake. I decorated it with yellow, green, orange and blue small round sprinkles. My favorite thing about the cake was the center because it was really moist.
I wanted a horse for my birthday of course, but the chances of that are 0-1,000,0000. But I did get horse related things like I got riding gloves from my mom and Trevor (funny story why)I also got a horse bracelet but it broke after about 2 hours.

Yesterday I got off the plane from Seattle to Saltlake city, our goal was to reach Mexico. We are going to stay with our friends. Our friends are Lee, Gus,Oskar and Babali, that is also in oldest to youngest. There dad Joel is in Oregon farming wheat. At first I was shy because I didn't know them but later that night I got more comfortable.
They live in a cool house that has a pool and a big yard, also it is much more cleaner and nicer than the others.
The next day I woke up late and we had Mexico hot chocolate and Breakfast burritos. Then I played soccer with Gus and then Babali came and played. Then we went to explore and go and eat at the Vegie Buffet. On the way back we stopped and got me a swim suit and everybody got some jewelry. Oh yah we got to take the bus it was awesome.
Stay tuned tomorrow for more!

Grey Wolfs

Gray wolfs have a lot of prey. There prey includes deer, moose and caribou. They also eat small animals like rodents. Gray wolves also eat special plants to get vitamins and minerals. Gray wolves have very good hearing and eyesight. This helps them find food in their environment. They can run up to 30mph witch is very helpful when it comes to catching food. When wolves packs hunt, they often set up ambushes to catch there pray. They go for the sick or weak animals instead of trying to run out a healthy deer. If a deer tries to fight back the will move to a weaker one because of there sharp hoofs, the hoofs can lead to injury or death.
Gray wolves are found in some parts of Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana, and the upper peninsula of Michigan. They live in packs, although they will live alone. During the time when alpha female has her pups in the den the pack will stay in one spot. Other then that they will always move.
Wolfs are the largest members of the canine family. A Wolf stands 26 to 32 inches at the shoulder. They might only be able to ride some of the rides at the fair. They weigh 55 to 115 pounds. Females are usually a little bit smaller than the males. Wolfs are either grizzle gray or black to all white.
Wolves mate in January or February. Females give birth two months later to a litter of pups. An Average litter is 4-7 pups. Wolf’s lifespan is 8to 12 years.

My family has a lot of cool pets. I have three cats, the first one I got when I was four years old. His name is Mr. Sparkles because he is grey but in the light the short grey fur sparkles. He is the second oldest cat.
Kitty would be the second cat he is about fifteen years old. He is originally Trevor’s (my mom’s boyfriend), but when we moved in Kitty became all of ours.
The next cat is about three we don’t really know because she was found in a dumpster in Alaska snuck back to Washington by my moms friend, then when she was moving to Hawaii she gave dumpster to us. That is also how she got her name.
We have two dogs a toy poodle named Levi and a Papillion named Lizzy. Levi is one year old, he actually turned one on the tenth of January. He has an apricot color fur with a short trim, not a poodle cut. Lizzy is a white dog with a brown face. She has the longest fur ever and a cute look to go with it. She turned four today.
Frodoe is my ferret that I got for Christmas last year. He is white with a little grey jacket of fur. He is very lazy all he does is sleep and eat (literally), he is so fat two he just got his winter coat and he looks even fatter.

Horseback Riding

December 16 was my grandpa's birthday; all of his closest friends were there. One of his friends Mike and Sherrien his wife own a horse ranch that I go riding at. We decided that I would go riding tomorrow. The next day we went horseback riding. Every one was there, his daughter Christen was there, she owns some of the horses. She was riding a gray horse named Earl, he is beautiful.
I tacked up Gallop, an old chestnut horse. I took him in the field because the around pin had a colt named Dually in it. Usually I would ride him in there because he goes a bit crazy in fields. So I took him out in the field he did great especially following Earl.
The next time I went there we took Dually out when I rode Gallop and then I actually went into a canter. I was so amazed.
