I am working with Anya.We are interested in the Pacific tree frog.We will be doing a podcast. We will need a voice recorder.

Research we found
"Look For: A highly variably colored (often green or brown) tree frog with a dark line through its eyes. Usually found on or close to the ground. Call is the well-known "ribbit, ribbit."

Length: 3/4-2".

Habitat: Varied, from grasslands to deserts to forests.

Range: British Columbia and south to California and Nevada.

Not everyone has heard of the Pacific Tree frog, but everyone knows what these creatures say: "ribbit, ribbit." Because moviemakers have put the sound of this common California tree frog into so many film soundtracks, people think that lots of frogs say "ribbit," but only this one does. This tiny frog is found from the coast to mountains 10,000 feet high."
