Ms. Freeman

In our school our best and friendliest secretary is retiring. Her name is Ms. Freeman. She has been a secretary since 1973 to 2007. We will miss her a whole bunch and there will always be a spot in our heart for Ms. Freeman. I don’t want her to leave or any other nice teachers in my school. Especially principal Dr. Coram. I have been at this school since kindergarten and right now I am in third grade so I have been here for four years. I will never forget her. I will always remember her. I am also going to give her flowers and a card.

I am thinking about Family Internet Night because I wonder who will be there.
I am also thinking about early lunch because I wonder why we will have an early lunch.
The last thing I am thinking about is if I will finish my unit 35 of spelling today or tomorrow.
My favorite subjects are music, gym, and art because they are fun and you get special opportunities.
I am thinking about field day today because field day is the second best day of the year because the last day of school is the first best day of the year.
I am also thinking about lunch because we are eating out side because we always do that on field day. I also wonder how many kids won't listen about throwing away their lunches.
My perfect weekend plans are my class and I are going to the Arbor Heights pool today.
On Sunday it is Father’s day and that means lots of presents and love for all the fathers in the world.

I Think blogs are good because they help you write better and you can have a lot of fun with blogs.
My blog is really cool. I have about 20 or more stories on it. My first story was about me. My favorite on was my 35 one because it was about going to Las Vegas. We went there to see my mom’s friend. It was hot there. It was 90 degrees. That is just spring, in winter it is 60 and in summer it is a 102. That is because it is a desert. It took me about 1 to 2 days.
My second favorite is my 24 because I wrote about that I want to be a softball player when I grow up. I picked it as my second favorite because I have played softball 2 years already. I learn by practicing and watching it on T.V. It took me about three days to do it.

Las Vegas

On Wednesday night I went to the airport to go to Las Vegas. But the airplane was delayed three hours. My mom, my dad and me were really mad because first it was in the evening, but now it was in the night. I was really tired when we got on the plane.
We got to Las Vegas at 12:00 A.M. We stayed at my mom's friends house. Her name is Keri. She has four kids, a husband and two dogs named Sassy and Aspen. They are really nice. They have a pool and a jacuzzi.
The next day it was really hot. It was 90 degrees, and that's just spring. The summer can get to 104 degrees. That is really hot. It is very rare for Seattle to get that hot.
I stayed there for three days and three nights. Those days went fast. I did not want to leave. It was too fun.
On the last day, one of their daughters named Hannah took me to her friend's house. She had a waterfall and a water slide. We jumped of the water fall. We also pretended that we were Goerge of the jungle. So we used the end of a palm tree and jumped off the water fall and fell in the water. Hannah's friend had twenty dogs.
At 8:30 on Saturday night, we left for the airport. I did not want to leave.
We got to the airport and got on the plane and went home. We got to Seattle at 12:30 A.M. I was really tired.
The next day we unpacked all our stuff. I want to go back really soon.

I felt kind of nervous of the first day of the WASL. It was kind of what I expected.

The second day of the WASL is going great because I have finished session 1 and session 2, and you were supposed to finish all of those.
April.25, 2007
My thoughts for the third day of the WASL are that I thought the first session of the math packet was really easy because I memorized all those problems.

Save the Dolphins

I want to save the dolphins because I have always wanted to ride one. But I can't if we don’t keep the water clean or they will die and no one will ever be able to ride one again.
They are already endangered. So I want to help the dolphins by not littering.

My Spring Break

My vacation was great because I went to Semiahamoo. I could see Canada from there. It was really cool. It was just across the water. My family and me were playing at the beach at the hotel. It also had its own golf course. It was the best hotel I have ever been to. I stayed there for three days.
I also made a garden box when I came back home. I made it with the colors of red, orange, and yellow. But I haven’t panted it yet. I am planting vegetables, they are carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, and sweet pees.

My Dad's Birthday

My dad’s birthday is on the first day of Spring Break, which is April 9th. I am wondering if he is going to have a party. I hope he does because it is his 43rd birthday. My mom and I don’t know what we are getting him.
We are thinking of getting him a new golf club because he and I go golfing a lot in the summer, he also teaches me how to play golf better. I also have my own golf bag and golf clubs and I go to a golf class in the summer and spring.

The Peregrine Falcons

I am thinking about Animal Planet because this morning they showed the peregrine falcon on T.V. It was the peregrine falcon that is up on the T.V. It was really cool because it showed the egg and the baby falcons when they hatched. The bird’s box was on top of the Key Arena, and they showed the people that were taking care of the birds.

My Tiring Weekend

My weekend was tiring because my mom and me gave our backyard a big clean up. When I was digging with my mom I found 10 worms so I put them somewhere else. We also found a huge slug so I put it in the park up the street from my house. We put a path way to my hot tub so when you walk your feet won’t get wet. We did this for 2 reasons, 1 because we wanted our yard to look nicer, and 2 because we are having the final 4 party at my house on the 31st.
