I think earth day is a special day, because more people try to make the world a better place. I like earth day because if they're celebrating it most people will stop doing bad stuff that causes the earth to be in trouble, and you’re thanking the earth almost everything like h2o. It means so much to me. I hope every body celebrates earth day. I also hope the earth gets healthier every single millisecond. I think other people that don’t know what earth day is should start celebrating. Do good stuff during earth day. Every earth day I will spread to everybody in the world and explain to people what is earth day. I will also make the world a better place. It means so much to me. I think instead of earth day it should be a holiday; I think it should be a holiyear instead. People started celebrating earth day in 1970. We’ve been celebrating earth day for about 39 years.

I hope the earth will be clean, safe, and healthy for all of us. The earth means a lot to me. And i am going to clean up everything in my yard. I think cleaning up the earth will help the Environment. And I don't think there should be homeless people anywhere. I do not like walking by homeless people and they see all of my nice clothes and nice shoes because it makes me feel very sad cause they have no homes and have no food or clothes. And they do not have any money for anything. And I also think other people should help the earth so other people can eat food and have clothes.

I think Earth Day is good to show to help the world stay healthy and safe from global warming and save the polar bears and penguins! I hope we can so help people to pitch in to save the world and help prevent global warming! Please help the world and do it for others and yourself too.
Earth day started 1970. A long time before my dad was born.

I think Earth Day means to me to be nice to the earth and animals that are going about to be gone forever, like the dinosaurs.
What I'm doing to do is pick up any trash I see.
I think other people should stop littering and start to pick up litter. Also I wish people would stop smoking and throwing the cigarettes on the ground, and smoking is ruining people's health, they might die because there will be a hole in their lungs. I hate to smoke so don't start it. It is very hard to stop.
Earth Day started in 1970. I think that was 70 years ago. That was a lot of years.

My mind is on the Earth Day party. I am so excited. We will have the party in the afternoon.
For the Earth Day bags winner for a gift certificate kindergarten, first and second grade it was second grade. And for third, fourth and fifth it was fourth grade. But we got a certificate too. Because we did spelling errors and correcting things and stuff.

Here are some things you should do to help the Earth. You should Recycle, throw away trash, and reuse bags, bottles, and everything you can think of.
My thought is that people should turn off a light when you're not using them. I hope people will do what I do, then that will make the wold a better place.

I hope that other people across the globe celebrate earth day, recycle, and don’t litter! Don’t think about you, think about the polar bears and the penguins. Stop being selfish and save the earth today! When I’m about 15 I will go out on the streets and I will pick up trash and throw it away. I know it sounds cheesy but it will really help the environment, so I hope you will do something like that too. Earth day is important to me and I think it should be important to others around the world and make that especially Antarctica. If we keep littering their ice will keep melting. And soon every animal in Antarctica will be extinct and I think nobody wants that to happen!
And here is an Earth Day fun fact: Did you know that Earth Day started in 1970! And if you want you could do the math and send me a comment!

What’s on my mind is the earth day party. Today is the earth day. I got a bag at Safeway this morning. It is this girl named Laurel's bag. I don’t know who it is. I hope we have a lot of junk food. Candy, chips, and soda. The party is at 2:00.

I love earth day. I love it because it celebrates the earth. We are going to have a earth day party because we dropped off the earth day bags to Safeway and we edited all the school's earth day bags. The PTSA gave a gift card from Safeway to by food for a party.
You should always reduce, reuse, and recycle, especially on earth day. I think it is a really good idea because it teaches people about the earth. Earth day started on 1970. My dad was around. My dad was 8 when it started. I don’t think he remembers.

I hope that people will stop throwing garbage on the ground and stop polluting the water. Other people should stop doing that bad stuff. Earth Day means to me that stop littering on the ground. People should stop doing bad things and people need to keep the world clean.

My Earth Day bag is going to be a earth man with curly legs and curly arms. I'm not done with it but all I have to do is color it in, then I'm done. It's going to be really cool and the thing is that it's not, and there's big words on it that say Earth Day.

I hope that global warming stops because the animals in cold places, their homes are melting because of global warming. And that is the reason I want global warming to stop.
And what does earth day mean to me? It means to celebrate the earth’s birthday.
Also what I want people to do is to recycle so we can help the earth. And also we should turn off the lights every day.
And what I’m going to do is to do everything I could do to help the earth.

I hope every one cares about our earth and no one litters. And if someone does litter I will stop them and say you shouldn’t litter because the earth is special and we don’t want to live in a very stinky place that no one will want to live in.The earth means to me that I want to take care of it because I really want to keep everyone safe. And when we started Earth Day it was in 1970. I wasn’t even born yet but it is pretty fun doing it.

What’s on my mind today is on Safeway because I am going to get a earth day bag and I am going to see Aundra’s mom there. It is going to be so cool and fun and I am going to shop there to get food and it is going to be so much fun and we are going to have a earth day bag party. It is going to be fun. Earth + Day = Earth day
1. Earth day thoughts
I just think people should just take good care of the Earth and nothing else and don’t cut the trees. If there were no trees we wouldn’t breathe or we would just be sitting there doing nothing and waiting to die! And that would be just stupid I think so I’d rather not cut down trees, and if other people did cut all the trees I would just plant them back or just run maybe or just pick up what people threw on the ground.
2. Hope?
I hope people take good care of the earth. I hope people would stop cutting down trees. I hope they wouldn’t throw scraps or papers. I hope people would not litter. I hope people take good care of the Earth.
3. What does it mean to you?
I don’t exactly know what it means so I’m going to guess all I know is people take good care of it. To me it means people shouldn’t do littering or any of those things. People should not litter or even if they are in a hurry they shouldn’t throw it they should just put it in their pockets and wait until they see a garbage can.
4. Going to do
I’m just going to clean.
5. And others should just help and no littering!
