The Washington Assessment of Student Learning wasn’t really hard so far. I think I’m going to like best about the Wasl is the delicious snacks. I got lot facts about the stories we had to read. The Wasl is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. It was really fun. At first I thought it will be so hard it feels if it was a hundred grades over mine. I also was feeling very, very, very frightened.

The session two of reading was pretty easy. When I was done with that I noticed I used a number 2.5 pencil on session one when we were supposed to use a number 2 pencil. I had to go over to the table with Mr. Ahlness. I had to go over my answers with a number two pencil. He was watching me so didn’t change my answer. At first I thought I was going to get everything wrong on session one. We had granola bars. I made fun of it and said it was gorilla bars. We had juice too.

Session 1 of math was totally easier than the reading part. We don’t have to keep on reading and reading. On math each question is just about one phrase. We got different tests, some of us got the same. The snacks we had were so delicious. We had three carrots and a cheese stick. I gobbled mine up. I thought the math part will be hard but it was pretty easy. The only part I didn’t like was the directions. We keep on hearing it every day. This time front was color red. At first I was very scared. I like math.

Session two of math was pretty easier. The questions were similar. We just had to read the directions again.

The WASL is terrible . I hate it solving, thinking, I HATE IT!!!! It’s so hard. Today is the second to last day of the wasl and am bored and weary on the math. 3 days ago the Wasl ended  and so did having snacks.

I think the WASL is not that hard but other people might. I also thought that the WASL got kind of harder at the end? And when I started it was really hard but when you get used to it you will get the hang of it. There were things like writing about stuff and shading in a circle. A lot of people finished before me but I got the hang of it and started to go faster. I think some people are still working on it? I think my partner is still working on it too.

Today’s WASL was a little bit harder. But I finished it already. And today’s WASL was a little bit easier. I think we will have another WASL tomorrow. And I think it should be harder because the three WASL’S that we already had were really easy. I finished every thing on the WASL until I got to the page that has a big stop sign on the page.

Day four of the WASL. The last day is today. I think today is the last day of the WASL. And we all have to go back to homework. I hate homework. I think I did good on the WASL. And I think I am going to get a good grade for it. I don’t know if I will but I think I will. I hope we don’t have to have do homework on the weekend, that will suck so bad! I think we are supposed to get our WASL grade next year.

The math WASL had two different types of tests. I got an easy WASL test. Some people got the hard one.
The snack was cheese strings and carrots.
I drew 3 sheets with pictures of dogs on 2 and 1 had April showers brings May flowers.
I think that it is easy and hard at the same time too.
Tomorrow might be harder. I don’t know.

I hate the WASL!
When we first started I thought it would be hard but it ended up being easy.
Sometimes it was confusing but I always figured it out.
When I got the hang of it, it got easier and easier. I got used to it. I will miss it a lot.
I’m also glad it is done.

The Washington Assessment of Student Learning (WASL) is a little hard and a little easy. We have to write clearly, and I’m not used to writing clearly!!!
We did lesson one today. I only like it a little. It was a reading WASL.
Tomorrow we will do lesson two.
Today for snack we had Tangerines. They were good.

Today we did a Math test for the WASL. It was a little easy.
For snack we had cheese and carrots. They were good. I love carrots. They are so so so so so so so so so so so so so good. I wonder what tomorrows snack will be.
Tomorrow we will do math two. Also tomorrow is my b-day. (Birthday) I hope tomorrow will be easy too.

The Washington Assessment of Student Leaning is not that hard. See it is easier than you expect. We get a snack every day during our break. Our break is 25 minutes after we start.
The Washington Assessment of Student Learning stands for the WASL. If you are from another state, and you don’t live in Washington leave me a comment and tell me what your big test (like the WASL) is like and what it is called so I can know too. The WASL was also kind of fun I guess.

Today we started the math Wasl!! There was this one question, it said write a number story using 24 divided by 6. It was hard at first but after break it was way easier, I don’t know why. At first I did something about the zoo.
WASL was easy peasy lemon squeezy. Except one question again! Something about pints. I don’t know what pints are but I think I got it right in the WASL! Now I am starting to like the wasl It’s not that bad!

I hated the WASL. It was not hard. The WASL means The Washington Assessment of Student Learning. I just don’t like it. I don’t even know why we have to take it.
Today we are doing reading. Tomorrow we are doing reading too. On Thursday and Friday we are going to do math. I wonder if the math will be hard. I don’t think it will be very hard if it is hard.

Today we did math. It was not hard. It pretty much was like the practice WASL. We got to use calculators. I only had to use my calculator once.
The snack for today was carrots and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks had little trivia for High School Musical 3. I did not really like them. But they were good anyway. We did not get to have juice like we did yesterday. The juice we had yesterday was really good.
I love to have a break during the WASL.

I am so glad that the WASL is over. It was not hard. Today for snack we had Ritz with cheese in the middle. It was so good. We could ether have a orange or juice with our Ritz.

I thought the second part of WASL was mostly hard but I finished, and tomorrow is math, but it is going to be hard for me because I'm not that good at math, but I hope I finish. And my favorite part of the WASL is snack time cause the food is really good. After that then on tomorrow it's time for the first part of math.

Today was first part of the WASL for math. I thought it was really easy for me. But I might have had harder than other people cause we had different tests, so it could have been harder for other people. Then tomorrow is second part of math. That might be hard but after that the WASL over.

Today was the last day of WASL. I thought it was really hard, but I finished the entire WASL. It was pretty easy for me except for today it was hard for me, but now I'm finished. The WASL is now over but I think that everybody finished it.

Yes I was thinking about the wasl. I thought it was going to be hard but it was is so easy. I couldn’t believe it. I was so glad that it was easy.
I hope that I will pass. I think that I will. And I also hope that all the people in the class pass. It is probably easy for them too.
The first thing that we did was the reading part of the wasl and that was very easy. And then of course we did the second part of the wasl.
And then we did the math part of the wasl and that was easy too. We were on the first part of the wasl for the math part.
And I love the snacks in the middle of the wasl. Today we had cheese and carrots. They were very good.
Also the good part was that the wasl was only 4 days. Now I love the wasl. It is so awesome

The wasl is fine. It is fun too. And I might bring graham crackers for the wasl, they are nummy. Or I might bring rice crispy treats. If my mom lets me, well I hope she does. Because I love rice crispy treats.
The wasl is a test. I like tests, some people don’t, but it is really fun. I just can’t believe that some people don’t like the wasl. I wish we would have more of the wasl. But it’s only one week except for Saturday and Sunday.
And the wasl stands for Washington assessment of student learning. And there are two things, there is writing and math. The best part is math.
Today we are done. I thought the end of the test was hard.

AHHHHHHHHHHH I hate it. It is stupid (it is a test, the WASL.)! When will it stop? Anyways it is hard. I don’t like it. You have to use a No. 2 pencil. You get snacks. We got oranges. You draw pictures when you’re done. (Early) You will stop soon.

It is better. The WASL is good, at last it got better. At first I was worried about it. I have this down. I can finish it early. It is fun when you get the hang of it. Have a lot of fun doing it for 4 days. (Four days)
You are almost done! Are you good at math? Because the first time you do it is reading. The second time it is math! I like the WASL now. You have to do the reading two days. Also two math days.
It’s the last day of the WASL. I have a complaint. I like the WASL. I don’t like how there is four days. But I know I will do it again in 4th and 5th grade. I cant wait until 4th and 5th. This is the 3rd grade WASL.

April 15, 2009 What I think about the WASL is I don’t like the WASL. I don’t even know why we take it. I mean it is not for a grade so why should we take it.
And the subjects are reading and math. We already did the reading part. I hope when we get the math part it is going to be easy. I am already good at math. So I think the math is going to be easy for me. But I don’t know about the other kids.
The WASL means Washington Assessment of Student learning. And that is what I think about the Wasl.

What I think about the WASL today is that it is every body finished today and that is good. Today’s snack was some juice, ritz bits, and some of the oranges from the first time we started. All of our subjects were reading math.
All I think about the WASL is that it was fun and boring. Especially when you get done early. And that is what I think about the WASL.

The Wasl test was easy. Because you just have to read but you might to write too. And it is not easy because you have to do three or two paragraphs and it is not easy, but you get there and you might finish.
When you finish you can get snacks and it is so good. You can get carrots or cookies or chips. It is so good and you get to go get a drink or go to the bathroom. Then you come back and you eat your snacks.
This wasl test was easy because it was math and math is easy for kids. And it can be so much fun to do math in the wasl test and you get stories to do and it is not fun because you have to read too much words and everyone finished too but I was to first one finish the wasl test.

The wasl was very long but not that hard. It was also very fun to do.
The wasl wasn’t like the other tests we take and the lucky thing was it didn’t count for any of your grade.
That’s what’s fun about it.
I like the wasl because it helps you learn more stuff. And sometimes you even do the stuff that you already learned.

Today the wasl got harder because we did part two. But on the other hand it was still really fun.
I also got some good snacks. We got some juice and some granola bars.
I think it might have been longer. But it was way more fun than part one.

I forget, the WASL it a BIG test. I think it is fun.
THE NEXT DAY.
We did the math test today. It was so hard. I hate the math test. I am afraid of me getting every thing wrong. The math test was easer than the reading test, and it was fun

Wasl it’s easy. I think I finished and it was fun! Halfway it took me forever to read it. I don’t know to finish a story almost. I had fun doing that Wasl thing and it was so cool! Today the wasl we did was halfway easy and fun. Wasl stands for Washington assessment of student learning. I think all of the people in the United States did it I think maybe.
Session 2
It was so easy. We had a new test session one. I finished the one for today and it was easy, we had to read, write, plus, takeaway, subtract, I think that’s easy. I halfway liked the wasl (only halfway). It was so easy!
Session 4
Easy as number one it was easier. It took I don’t know how long it took me but it was easier than all of them. It had reading in it and writing and plus takeaway and reading and that’s all.

I like it a bit and don’t. Well it is fun. I like when we get to draw.
I drew star wars space battle. It had a lot of tie fighters, planets and ships and I made up a thing or to. It was so fun.

The wasl is hard and sometime I don’t like the Wasl and it is hard and we get snacks. It is good sometimes. The Wasl is cool and when I am in 4th grade I am going to do the Wasl again and in 5th grade I get to do the Wasl again. That is cool because I like the Wasl so much. The Wasl seems so cool to me and in my reading group we do the Wasl in there.
