Arbor Heights School might shut down, or have a different name. Parents and teachers are trying very hard to keep Arbor Heights School. I heard it from our guest principal.
I feel very sad because this school might shut down, or have a different name, and I don't want neither of those to happen. I also feel sad because Arbor Heights is a really nice school. I also feel sad because by the time our real principal comes she might not be a principal any more.
I also feel thankful. I feel thankful because almost every teacher is trying their best to save Arbor Heights. I also feel thankful because a lot of students, teachers, and parents are making signs to keep Arbor Heights.
Mr. Ahlness got another XO, and named it Arbor Heights, because Arbor Heights might close. Even the patrol people are putting signs on their flags that say, “Honk to save our school." Mr. Ahlness also made a blog called savearborheights.com.
I also feel confused. I feel confused because if they are going to close Arbor Heights where would teachers, principal, and students go. I also feel confused because if they are going to change our school name, what are they going to name our school? I also feel confused because if they change the name, will the teachers principal, and students still be at our school?

I m sad that the school might close Arbor Heights! I hate transferring.
I'm mad about it a lot!
If I have to change schools I may have to go to a new school.
If I do have to change schools I will be mad about it. I am sad.
My mom and dad are mad about it too. I will be sad if I have to part.
My grandma is mad. My grandpa is too!

My school is closing and I’m very sad. My school is named Arbor Heights. A lot of people in my class are sad too. But some are not.
A lot of people are fighting for it to stay open. I know my mom in for sure because we went to a meeting last night.
I hope they will not close this school. And my family hopes too.

 I am sad. I am sad because our school might close. and if it does I will never ever come out of my room. Not even for chicken nuggets. I know, harsh ha?
I will also be so mad, so so mad - so mad that I will grow horns and a tail. Hot sauce will come out of my ears and it will be so weird no one will be my friend. Where will I go? I don't know? It is so mean it will be on the news. Bad huh?

I am sad about my school might be getting closed. My mom is trying to keep the school open. She is going to all the meetings. I like that.
I am so upset because all of my friends are here and also because I was here since I was in kindergarten.
I am also upset because I like all of the teachers here too. I do not know where I am going to go. Or all the another students.

What’s on my mind is the holiday bazaar. I am going with my mom. We backed cookies.
Also what’s on my mind is our school. The school board made a suggestion to close our school. I did not like that. My parents are going to all the meetings. They are trying to make it stay. I like that

 I hope that our school is going to be officially off for school closure. They said on the news that it was off the list for school closures.[ But my mom and dad said it wasn't officially off].

Dear Mr. President. Can you help us? Arbor Heights is in closure. Can you tell the people who own our school to not close our school?
But I’m glad that you won. I was so happy that you won.
I hope that you can save Arbor Heights. And I like all the teachers here and I’ll miss all the teachers and my friends.

I don’t want them to close my school because then I will miss all of my friends. It will stink if they close down my school. If they do close down my school I don’t know what I’ll do.

My mind is on Arbor Heights. It might stay open but not a 100%. I really like Arbor Heights. It is a good school. I never ever want Arbor Heights to close. I like everything about this school because it lets us roller skate. I want to stay here forever but it only goes to 5th grade.

I like Arbor Heights. It is a good school. We do lots of things that are fun. I do not want this school to close. I will not like the new school that I will go to. It will not be the same. I never want this school to close. I want to stay here until I'm in 5th grade.
I never ever want this school to close. It will be too much.

Dear Mr. presidential elect Obama, will you help us? Our school is about to close. Some kids cried when they were interview by kiro 7. A girl cried when she came back from reading group. I don’t know any more people that cried.
But on they other hand. I am very happy that you won. At our school you won. As well as in the Election
