I feel happy because both candidates are both good presidents. At first I didn't really care about who will win or lose.
At my house I watched the Phillipino news, and they were talking about Obama and McCain. Most Phillipinos voted for Obama because he said really nice speeches.
My mom was checking the computer and Obama won. Then it was weird because McCain said,"I quit". Then he said speeches when he lost, and when Obama won.
On the news, Gregoire won. I felt really happy because my family and I voted for Gregoire. Now the government will pay more money to the people that are working.

Great! At my house we watched the election on TV and ate popcorn!
I was happy when the results were announced on TV.
When Obama’s results were announced that he won I felt happy!

I feel really great because Obama won!
Here is the story.
My dad told my sister and me who won. He said,"Obama and Biden won."
I also asked who won for governor. He said,"Gregoire won for governor."
I felt happy for them.

I'm happy that Obama won, very happy.
It was fun to watch TV last night cause all of the numbers kept on adding up.
It was also fun to see what people had to say about it.

One night I was watching T.V. and this show popped on and it was called Jimmy Kimmel Live, it was hilarious. And he said the people in Japan love Obama. And they sang O-B-A-M-A and made the letters with their bodies. It was so funny!!

I think and hope that Obama is going to win because he wants to end the war!!! And also he would be the first African American president!!!

When we found out Barack Obama won everyone was dancing their heads off they were sooo HAPPY!!! My mom and I loved his speech, it was so awesome. I liked when he kept saying yes we can yes we can!!
Guess what?? McCain quit. It was so weird. I thought he was not going to quit. I thought he was going to keep going but he didn’t.
The election was awesome when my sister Taylor saw the words at the bottom of the screen they said… Obama 44th president it was awesome!!

Obama won last night! I was very excited and so was my dad. We were looking forward to who was going to be the next president.
I am so glad that Barack Obama is going to be president. He is going to make a lot of changes. I ‘m so glad
I did not want John McCain because wanted to keep the war going. But he is not going to be president. And he was going to not give people that needed money.

I think it will be close about the election. I hope it will be Barack Obama. I want Obama because he wants to end the war.
I don’t want John McCain because he wants to keep the war. And he wants to raise taxes for healthcare and not give money to mothers who are single and need help.

I think that Obama is going to win. Or maybe Mc Cain is going to win the election today.
My whole family is voting for Obama. That is what I think about Election Day.

When we found out that Obama won the score was 299 for Obama. And 123 for Mc Cain. When Obama won we were so HAPPY! My family loved his speech. And one other thing is that he will lower down the gas price.
And Mc Cain had a speech too. It was so weird. Nobody likes it because they all wanted Obama. Beside the Mc Cain’s fans.
At my house was crazy last night. My dad was so happy that Obama won. But my family was glad that that Mc Cain had a speech. My dad said that was the best speech that he has said. He was glad that he even had a speech. And that is what I think about Election Day.

Today I saw obama on T.V. He was doing a speech. I saw his wife and kids. When I saw him on T.V he wasn’t crying the audience were crying, except his wife and kids. And a guy asked the kids questions. Then the guy said what would you do if your dad voted for McCain? They said I don’t know.

Yesterday I watched the election. Barak Obama won. And my dad cried, he was so happy.
I almost cried but didn’t. But my dad kept on crying. He was too happy.
It was weird. My mom didn’t cry but she was so happy she just smiled all night long! We are so happy and excited about the changes that will happen in our country.
