I do not care for poetry, Honestly I don’t.
I do not care for poetry; nothing will change my mind,
Love that dog is a waste of space; same with Hate that cat,
I do not care for poetry; I’d rather dust a mat.
Poetry is not that great, I’m sure some will agree,
That poetry’s a waste of time, I’d rather step on a bee.
Although there may be some, with opinions different then mine,
I do not care for poetry,
Nothing will change my mind.
Note: Yes I know the poem is an oxymoron; I just had to do a poem.

Jet black words dance across the glass smooth surface of the sharpie. I notice the words as the sharpie turns lines into letters and makes my paper look complete.

Brothers And Sisters
Brothers are mean. Also they can be a pain in the butt.
Brothers can pick
Brothers can be the worst brothers in the world.
Also sisters can be the same thing to0.
Sisters have to smell prefect all day long.

ALL THE WONDERFUL GRANDMOTHERS...
While we honor all our mothers
with words of love and praise.
While we tell about their goodness
and their kind and loving ways.
We should also think of Grandma,
she's a mother too, you see....
For she mothered my dear mother
as my mother mothers.

The New Kid In Town. By Casey C.
There’s a new kid in town,
And he’s always looking down,
He’s always fussy, and he always never shares,
He takes kids and chucks them without care,
He’s as big as King Kong,
He’s destroyed Hong Kong,
He’s known for being arrested more than twice,
And his favorite food is rice (with mice.)
I wonder how his parents tuck him in at night,
I’m sure he gives them a fright,
He’s wanted for FBI,
He’s that kind of man-eating guy!

Sunny sky’s, and yummy pies, are things that make me happy, Ice cream cones, charged cell phones, are things that make me happy, good sushi is good to me and makes me very happy! A summer’s day to swim and play that makes me very happy, flying in a big airplane nothing will be the same with a new time zone can’t use my phone exciting sites to see… that makes me very happy. Sitting at the campfire at night, telling ghost stories filling us with fright, laughing all night… that makes me very happy. So as you can see the little things in life stop the pain and relive the strife to make say EVERYDAY… That makes se very happy!!!

Color is soothing,
Color is sad,
Color is happy,
Color is mad.
Color can smell like a warm summer day, fresh fruit or a white orenge spray.
Color can taste like dirt, like leaves, like smoke or big puffy cotten trees.

Chocolate
I hate chocolate,
One, it is too sweet
Two, it taste like blue berry pie
Three, it smells like a sweet veggie flavored yogurt
Four, it is just plain gross
So that is how I like to describe chocolate

The wind is a majestic thing, overpowering things big and small. There’s a tree, bowing to the wind and its might. Look! There goes a leaf! The little thing couldn’t stand the power of the wind.

The human is a strange thing and a strange thing at that. Their constant wanting for lust and love. Their slaughtering of innocents, for anything and yet nothing at all. And so I lay on my bed, thinking “If my god loved me so, why did he give me this?”, and crying myself to sleep.

Made of bone or plastic, a button is a handy thing. This round object is a source of comfort when rubbed, and can connect a coat when one is fighting the cold. This little matter is a source of imagination, for I wonder what it would be like, to look at the world through button eyes.

Life: A mystery
The Creation
How did this life begin? Who made it? What made it? Could a higher power, a God, made this life out of pure will? It must have been beautiful when he, she, or it made the cosmos. Or could have particles, millions, formed what we know as the universe? These are a few of the mysteries of life.
What came first: the chicken, or the egg? Without the chicken, who was to bore the egg? Without the egg, how did the chicken get on this earth? These are few of the mysteries of life.
Other Life
Are we alone? Are there other intelligent things out there? We couldn’t be the only things that think, live, in this universe. If so, are they more intelligent than us, and have more respect? Or are they beasts, beasts to be tamed. Or are they just like us, wondering if there’s anyone out there. Or did the creator not have enough energy to make anything else, and we’re the only living things within this universe. These are a few of the mysteries of life.
The Reason
Why are we here? We’ve only destruction, death, and suffering. Were we supposed to be supreme, commanding those lower than us? Or are we dumfounded, fools, right now, but, in the future, going to do something great, for the benefit of all. Or will we die soon, because of our insanity? These are a few of the mysteries of life.
And that brings us to our next big mystery.
The End
“The sky will turn as red as blood, and the moon will be as black of night, and the stars will fall from the sky.” Revelations 3:12. Almost every religion has its own version of the end of the world. What you just herd was known throughout Christianity as Judgment day. Will the god kill us for what we’ve done? Or the Mayan calendar, which stops at 2012? Or was the reason it stopped was because they didn’t have time to make another one. Or will we survive, because someone, or something, has mercy, and knows we will change. These are a few of the mysteries of life.

Dying Chicken in a Hole
By LB
CHORUS: It’s a dying chicken
And it’s dying in a hole
It’s a dying chicken
And it’s dying in a hole
VERSE1: I saw a dying chicken yesterday
And it was in a hole
It was a dying chicken
Dying in a hole
REPEAT CHORUS
So I stomped on that chicken in a hole
And then it screamed
Then it exploded
And was never seen again
REPEAT CHORUS
REPEAT VERSE1
REPEAT CHORUS

There are color books and there are cool books there are good books and there are bad books there is no such thing of very bad books. They tell you about History and lots of more stuff and about animals and how they live. All the books that you read tell you things. But true books are non-fiction books.
