Seeing things in pictures helps us to better understand situations because sometimes you can't get a clear idea of what happened by simply reading or hearing information. The Renaissance was a very important time period in history because of how different it was compared to the preceding time period's barbaric nature and stagnant theological thinking. If we didn't have some of the important inventions or ideas from the Renaissance time period, where would we be?
