Some facts about how the hawaiians celebrate christmas is that they say merry christmas diffrent, they say '' Mele Kalikimaka ''. Another instresting fact that i've learned is that hawaiins use traditional hawaiian symbols from past times wonders for decorations. I have also learned about something called a Pio ball. A Pio ball is white and is made  from yarn. They say they have a traditions that came from the islands by the missionaries from the 19th centuries. The most instresting fact that i've learned is that hawaiians have a special flower that grows on the island called a poinsettia, it repersents christmas.

The name of my biome is the Tropical Rain forest. three organisms of my biome are the coco de mono tree, the ant eater, and the jaugar. The coco de mono tree is a 150 feet tall tree in the tropical rain forest. The ant eater is a pink animal with a long mouth and it eats ants. And the jaugar is a tan and black animal in the tropical rain forest. I would not want to visit this biome because theres some animals out there that I havent even learned about.

What have I learned from PBL?

Article posted October 19, 2012 at 02:41 AM GMT0 • comment • Reads 407

So far what I have learned from PBL is that in a project who ever you are working with you have to respect thier space, listen to thier ideas, and be flexible with them and I almost forgot don't talk over your group. It has been fun working with other students. I think PBL is awsome.

Graffiti

Have you ever seen graffiti on walls, buildings or trains? Some people believe its an extreme art vision, while some believe its an extreme crime. As with many complex issues, truth is somewhere in between the two extremes.''Graffiti'' is art thatyou can let your feeling out to and nobody can tell you thats not how you do it or that.Graffiti includes any typ of public markings and can be simple and easy or complex and hard.Graffiti has been around for a very very long time.In fact,it has a possibilty to be traced back to the first time someone used an animal bone to carve the first drawing on cave walls.
