Christmas Traditions in Ecuador

Article posted December 13, 2012 at 12:35 AM GMT0 • comment • Reads 373

Under the Ecuadorian tree are two large dolls. A usual ornament on their tree is a small-straw Santa basket. Children place their wish lists in an old shoe, then wait for Santa to come to their home. On New Years Eve you would dress as a clown to show the happy spirit tradition. They also have a traditional Christmas tree, similar to most Americans choice. Another Ecuadorian tradition is to make a small dummy and burn it as a reminder of the ending of an old year and the beginning of a new year.

Tropical Rainforest

One organism I know about in my biome is... the three toed sloth carries her young either on her back or stomach. The second organism is... the army ants would chase their pray and swarm them stinging them and leaving them to suffer. My third organism is... the Hercules Beetle (males) would use their horns to throw their opponent across the ground sending shock through them letting the victor win the female. I would visit the Tropical Rainforest because it seems neat to be able to explore all the land and animalsplants habitats.

For the feet Mrs.Lulek's, Mrs.Feltz and Mrs.Boyce Fourth grade class in River Valley School, Lemont, Illinois. The tongue it has an evil eye, it's bllod stained, zombified and has a dead fly on it. For the foot, it has seven stitches, it's green, has black polkadots, five bloody cuts and three rainbow spikes on the heels. The feet are connected to the legs. The tongue is connected to the mouth. And that's my monster!

How do you color glass?
#317
In colored glass metal is mixed in to make the color brighter. Glass is a ground mixture of sands and scraps.

Cullet- Cullet is created after glass is recycled.
