Mauku is a tiny but terrific rural school located near Pukekohe. We have only 70 students, 3 teachers and a principal. Our school has amazing grounds and its very own little bush block that attracts tui, kereru and other bird life. We are an enviroschool which means we practice sustainability and caring for our environment

Helping Dad On Saturday and Sunday I helped my dad. At my house we were cleaning his shed, cleaning the drive way and we were putting sawdust in the chickens cage. We went on the tractor. We always use the tractor for heavy things. Dad's shed is as clean as a bee's hive now. I like helping dad because it is fun.
