Mauku is a tiny but terrific rural school located near Pukekohe. We have only 70 students, 3 teachers and a principal. Our school has amazing grounds and its very own little bush block that attracts tui, kereru and other bird life. We are an enviroschool which means we practice sustainability and caring for our environment

My Hut In our gully I am going to make a hut. So I can go hunting with my brother and I might sleep in it in the summer. I am going to play with my friends. I like going and hunting for my pig and wild deer. I like making huts.
