I have always enjoyed writing and feel that it comes quite naturally for me. I think for me, the most important thing that I need to develop is a stronger sense of confidence in my writing. My confidence improves with each assignment that I complete and I believe that this is the only way that I will improve my confidence. I am still not quite decided on which career path I am going to choose once I have my diploma but feel that strong writing skills will be an asset no matter which direction I choose. On a personal level, writing is important to me as my Mom had always wanted me to write a book about her life. This is something that I do carry with me and hope to someday achieve. Even if I was to write a book about my Mom’s life, that was only for chosen eyes to read, I would feel the need to make it as poignant as possible as I would want my readers to feel the true essence of her.
