music is a very important part of my life and iam sure other people to. it can have many different meanings to many people. to me its a strong way to express how iam feeling that day or even just at that time. i have had ups and downs in my life and with that the music i listen to always changes with the mood iam in. i think music can help people get through hard times or just help them through the day. i know in my life its a huge part and it usally makes me happy to listen to the music i like. peole use music to describe how they are feeling in that certian point in there life.

For the writing varibles assinment i chose the snake head text to write about. i chose this artical beacause i thought it was intresting and i had seen an documentry on the snakehead fish. i made a change to like a artical in a news paper casue it made it sound like i was there and it was intresting to me.the language in my text didnt change that much i kept it for the most the same as it was in the artical.

at first i didnt really like being here it was not my favorite subject to be in and i just wanted to get it over with. the more i came to class i realized that i was helping me with my every day english skills. it was really nice to have a great teacher that listens to use and hepls us when ever we were stuck. the only thing i didnt really like was presentations but i think that is just beacsue i have never really done them. and the work sited was not my strong topic but iam getting though it. I have really gained alot being here my writing and reading have improved greatly and iam continueing to work on those skills it has encourged me to read at home also , something that i thought i would never do. i wish i would of done more work on my writeing and putting setences together. i think the course was put together very well and i would recommend it to everyone that is considering taking this course. i think it really helps when you have a great teacher like jody she was one of my favorite teachers i have every had. i think i have me alot of my goals and i will contiue to work on my la skills "thanks"

its really important to plan your work for your essay because you need good infromation befor you start to write an essay. this helps you put together your essay so everything flows properly. you should jot notes down and write a rough copy befor you start to write your good copy this will help you put everything together. if you dont do this your information might not be up to par. you can find ifromation to help prepair you to write a good eassy.

I learnt not to belive everything you see on the internet. that alot of the information on the internet is just someones opions not fact based information. Its very important to research your infromation though lots of sites and make sure you back up all your information useing as maney website as possible. compare notes from both websites to make sure they are both on the same topic. its also good to look for the publisher s name and make sure he is updating his site.

i know that this class has helped me alot with my enlgish writing skills but i have a long way to go before iam fluent in my writing skills. sometime is hard for me to focous on the task at hand but iam working on that also and its comming along very well.my sentence structure is off tooo thats a important writing skill that i have been trying to work on. this diploma matters to me alot with out it you really cant go anywhere in life and i dont want to flip burgers for the rest of my life.

i think it is important to engage in school discussions to help people become comfortable infront of others so later down the road you can do presentations with ease. I dont mind the discussions beasue iam pretty friendly and inviting for others to join the conversation. I think it does benifit me cause i can talk in groups pretty good and that help me later down the road to be able to present infront of the class room i think its a good exercise to practice for everyone.

so far this course has helped me out quite a bit with my reading and writing skills.
I have been going over some of my old work so i can do a good job on the major assinments. like self to real world stuff is going good helping me alot useing the figurative laguage examples is good for me to look over helping me write and understand work and do it more properly.

the lyrics to me mean thats he or she is looking for somthing they lost or forgot about earler in there life. I picture them looking for lost memereis in there life.It reminds me of when i was a kid and how i dont remember certen things. this is kida weird for me iam not really sure what they are saying i just keep thinking about lost memories that they want to find but are having a hard time remembering.

If the internet disapperared tomorrow I think alot of use would have a hard time without the internet lots of use today use the internet for everyday stuff. It would take a long time to get use to not having it. I use the internet everyday for lots of stuff. I think that we have became very dependent on the internet for all the infromation now a days. it seems like everythings on the internet. I would be lost without the internet.
