I enjoyed the lyric project because music is something that can make a reflection on a persons life some music is not for everybody but there is always some out there that a person can relate to for sure. The research project I enjoyed doing because we are able to pick our own topic of what we would like to write about and learn more on the topic that we have chosen I think that was really grate to do. Jody you are a really grate teacher you do what you can to meet your students needs and your connection with people you do that really well I couldn't ask for better then that so thank you very much. I beleive my goals have been met because I am still hear and didn't quit sometimes I felt like I couldn't do this mosly because joggling home life and here was somewhat difficult for me but I have pushed myself even though I didn't want to be where I was at I got through it. I can't really say I hate anything about this chourse.

The internet has a lot of sources of information that you could research throuh. There are a lot of true and false information so you have to be careful on what kind of information you get because it is not always accurate. You also have to choose where to look and what to search for. You want to find accurate and evaluating the sorces very closely to make sure that its truthful. Don't believe everything you read or hear!.

The planning of your essay is a very important part to figure out to write it and how it will sound. Finding a lot of sources from books, internet or personal opinion is really good because then you can find enough information to complete your essay and you get the right information from the right places.
Researching for your essay and taking down notes is the easiest part of your essay but sometimes you can get so much information that sometimes it is hard to choose what you want to use, the difficult challenges are putting your information in the write place and make sure your essay will make sense at the end. Strategies are to take the interesting information and the important information from notes that you have written down.

I feel that I have always had trouble with english but I have surprised myself in the progress I have made through these classes, this english class has not been easy for me. I would like to work on my essay writting and my grammer. In the neek few weeks left of english I would like to work as hard as I can and get a good mark. This diploma does matter because there is an achievement in itself something to be proud of and being happy that there was another chance for me to go back to school to recieve a diploma. So this has been the best oppertunity to have.

Engaging in the classroom discussions are impotant because there are different ideas from other people. I don't like that we have to have these small groups because I feel very uncomfortable with people that I don't really know, I am a very quiet person and I honestly I would rather sit and listen. This stuff discussed may benifit a person because they get other ideas from other people.

This song I really don't enjoy it so much not my type of music. The message may give people who listen to this certain song help them a little bit and give them a little insite or may reflect on their lives. Any song really could or can be a way the world can be a part of something different, poeple change because of maybe a song or two they heard or listen to music just makes a person happy, sad or whatever or maybe just in the moment to, but only they know how they feel. A song can change the ways you might think, feel and have big inpack with the lyrics. People in the world take songs and place themselves in the music or have related somehow or another could be in the past, present or even in the future this happends to everybody with a song they may listen to.

Preparing for this major assignment I put things in point form which helps me work with the connections to the text. This assignment has been difficult for me to some degree, coming up with the connections have be good but with putting things in order is the hard part of this major assignment. I feel that my skills have improved for this class and it still will as this class goes on. My resonsibility is to get the work done and understand the ways fully of how to do the assignments in or out of class. I do struggle with some of it sometimes, but I do take the time to understanding it a lot better.

I think that having the internet has taken over. If the internet was shut down, I dont think people would be able to coupe or function with it if it was gone. I think that the internet is a very cruel place for people and the things that are put on the internet today. I think that there are alot of bad things, don't get me wrong there are benifits to it as well, the benifits are that people can chat and video from around the world with family and friends. But yes I think people have so much dependences on the internet sometimes to much.

In the last three years I have taken a good direction to raise my children and to be the person I want to be for me and my children and no one else. I have looked at how my life was three years ago to how my life is right now. It is very important that there is always a chance to change your path in life, not change who you are but to lead and create a path in a different direction. I have critically analyzed my life of what my steps were and I was taking the wrong path and fallowing the negative people around and never being the leader so I myself could be positive.

I did mine on Janet Ross. I made a brocure basiclly making a group that people with difficult issuses in their life for anyone welcome to attend. I think I presented very clearly and my commuications was good. The thing I would change is to have more information and a little bit more detail. There was not a lot of time to prepare for this in class assignment so it didn't give me enough time. I am happy with what I presented but I think more information next time is a must.

I choose mom booted off bus because of noisy toddler. I turned this article into a letter. I made this choice because I have taken the bus with my own children who have made noise, I have seen other people on the bus with their children make noise sometimes it happy and sometimes it's not. I found it a lot easier to write a letter from the lady's veiw in the article because this happens in life and there sometimes certain things that can be controled and some you can't control. It to me is a choice to take the bus and if people don't like the noises then don't take the public bus's.

I have attented this school before here at Transcona and all the people I have met are really nice people and they have been a lot of help, they are also there to help if you need them. I have had Jody before, I really like Jody as a teacher she is not to hard on her students and gives you room to finish your work if needed. I really have enjoyed the classes that I have taken. I have taken 2 math classes at the Transcona location and did my grade 11 english at the mcleod loction and now I am here at Transcona location again with Jody, taking my english grade 12. I have enjoyed the work we have done so far, I am not much into blogging but got to do it, it is not my favorite thing to do. The chourse outline and the work we are going to do is almost a like what we have done in Jody's grade 11 class before. So the work we plan to do sounds good. This semester I will do my work on time and take more time to do my assignments, do the best that I can with no distraction, attend class everyday so I am not missing things that are important. My goal is to graduate. I only know one of my classmates she was in the grade 11 english I was in and she is a nice person.
