they controlled all of Italy. had had all allies.

2. How did Rome's expansion affect the plebeians?

they were the one's that had to fight in the war for the empire and could not rest at all they had to keep fighting for them. the plebeians had died in that time.

because they had no say in what was going on they didn't get to pick who the people of the consul was they didn't play a big part in any thing they were the poor people.
